My husband gave her all his info.. & was APPROVED & the ONLY thing she had to do was verify employment. this was on a Friday & they're closed on weekends so we called my husbands job & gave them a heads up about her phone call. Monday morning comes... & we called my husbands HR only to find out they NEVER received any calls from her. Not long after we receive a phone call from her.. only to catch another one of her attitudes. She said she called a number (that we never provided) & it DOESNT WORK..then the next thing she says out of her mouth is that this whole thing is "annoying" & she can't help us. Smh. She didn't even TRY because I called & HR answered right away. We asked to speak to the manager & it turns out ...SHES THE MANAGER. What a shame. Ha! Truth is, she just didn't want to do her job.. the ONE THING she had left to do after wasting our time.. she didn't even do it. & if she was having trouble.. the. Why not call us back to help her?? If she can't handle the work she's getting paid to do... then helping people isn't for her & she needs a new job. Other then that.. we went through DOLLAR LOAN right after.. & got it within 30min. Hassle Free, Attitude free & straight to the point. Ha!

I signed a check over to her she deposited it into the ATM and it would not allow her to withdraw the funds. We went inside and they said "oh they'll be available tomorrow morning." Well I was not happy about this, I was willing to accept it. We went back this morning and the funds were still not available after speaking to only one person over the phone at Wells Fargo because supervisor or manager was not an option. We were told that the check was flagged as possible fraudulent activity. And then we're told that they would review it further in a couple of weeks. There was no option to send in pictures of IDs to send copies of emails from my school explaining exactly how much they were sending me into what address. There was absolutely no option for me to get my money for another 2 weeks. The only thing fraudulent in this situation, is Wells Fargo and how they handle their customers money. It is absolutely unacceptable that there is not a way to fast track this. I now have no way to get to my new job I just started, I have no way to get food, I have no way to get my cat's food, ect... If I had any advice about Wells Fargo, for anybody, it would be stay away, stay far away. Under no circumstances would I recommend trusting these people with your money, in any way.

In the 40 years that I have banked with Wells Fargo this was the most terrible experience I have ever had with any Wells Fargo across several states. My sister (who is in a wheelchair and is visually impaired) and I went to this branch to open a savings account for her on June 27, 2025. The manager (I did not get his name) was condescending and rude. The "special relationship banker" was similarly rude and had an extremely poor attitude towards a new banking customer. My sister and I did not complete the transaction to open the account at this branch with either the "special relationship banker" or the manager as I did not trust either of them to handle our financial matters. The Northtowne/N McCarran Wells Fargo has made me consider terminating my entire 40 YEAR banking relationship with Wells Fargo.
