I always enjoy myself when prowling new shops I've not yet been in. Mostly when indo get chance it's to interact with fellow shop owners "attempt" a linking of shops as to create an ANTIQUE DAY TRIP not just randomly scouring southern NJ . Needless to say 10 shops that day we got no feedback. But shop was a pleasant visit loads of items My shopping list for clients didn't get met but this shop had plenty of stuff at the time. Again was some time ago and truly with the owners the best of luck. 4 stars because even we at Elwood Antiques and @21bridgestreetantiques have room for improvement no one is perfect. Every time I make a dish with a Rastelli product, my father in law, savors each bite and tells me how good it is! With the recent pandemic and challenges at meat operations, Rastelli's is doing things the right way. They send emails about the steps they have taken and will continue to take. I wrote them back, just to say thanks for sharing their processes. Well, then I got another email, personalized and further detailing their operations. I am a fan of family businesses. Rastelli's sources meat from farmers they know and trust. And I trust Rastelli's. I love their family business and their amazing customer service. Shipments arrive well packed & labeled. I have ordered from other companies and they don't even begin to be as thorough and thoughtful in packaging. Someone was commenting in a previous review, that they felt the prices were not inline with the products. I couldn't disagree more. I find the value for the product to be great!! I am able to feed my picky family of five very economically, buying one shipment a month. Keep doing great work!! And if you're on the fence about ordering from them, don't be. The customer service desk was closed so I asked a cashier if they could help me as all I wanted to do was exchange it for another for the same price. They told me only customer service can do this and I would have to return tomorrow. So if you can't get to the store during customer service hours due to your job etc then you're out of luck. They should be able to do a simple transaction like this at any of the registers with a live cashier. Now I have to make an unnecessary trip back and take time off work to do so.

About a half hour after waiting, the people next to us were told there was no roast beef. They adjusted their order and got their food before us, although we ordered before them. A bit strange. While I was waiting for our food, I walked inside to see what kind of things were for sale. They had balsamic vinegar and olive oil which were nice. The vinaigrette was really good and we were told they used the balsamic from it. However, on the shelves in the back, there was a cruddy jar of something that no one would buy. I picked it up not realizing it but put it back. I am adding a picture of the flowers. They were very nice. They should put some work into fixing the signs around that were peeling.
