I asked an employee named Rosemary, who was working as a cash handler, for help. She told me she couldn't assist me because her only job was to help people in the cashier line. Her response was rude and unprofessional, especially considering it happened in front of other customers. She did not represent the company well at all. Thankfully, an employee named Jessica stepped in and was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient. She turned the experience around, and honestly, every employee at this store could learn a thing or two from her example of good customer service. Because of Jessica, I'm giving this visit 2.5 stars instead of 1. But the treatment I received from Rosemary was enough to make me reconsider shopping here. I'd rather take my business to Walmart than deal with that kind of attitude on a regular basis.
