This establishment sells your basic convenience store food and household supplies and also doubles…read moreas a liquor store. For a side business, they also rent U-Haul's. From looking at the stock and organization of the store, it seems to be exceptional, but to be perfectly fair, I'm only critiquing the U-Haul rental side of this establishment. I reserved a 10 foot U-Haul truck one week prior, and picked my vehicle up on Saturday. It took a while for the staff member to look up my reservation, then he proceeded to tell me I needed to go to the back of the building, go to the rental box, and enter a code to pick up my keys. Basically, this is self-service. The gauges for the fuel were full and the truck was clean, and seemed to be in good shape. When I was finished, I refueled, and returned the vehicle to the U-Haul parking lot. He took the keys and said you will be getting a receipt emailed to you. When I got my bill, I noticed that there was an overcharge of $30. The store clerk would not speak to me about the bill, and told me to call corporate. I did leave a complaint at corporate, so I'm waiting to hear the results. I don't like their procedures, and I also don't like these (franchise) U-Haul dealerships! It's an extra "side job" that they can make money on, and I don't believe they care one way or the other about the customer. Next time I move, I will not be using U-Haul.

Beer selection used to be good, but the craft beer area has dropped off some in the last year, possibly due to COVID and business lacking. Parking os ok, but too many spots reserved for handicapped people...are there really that many handicapped people who come to the store at once? LOL! Anyway, Love this place, would do the 5 stars BUT they got to do a renovation inside to make it look better IMHO.

If you're going to get 1 item from here, I highly recommend it being that. It's won awards for numerous years and is recognized from reputable places. This small town market has a lot to offer, most of its products are directly from them or locally sourced. It's designed to give off a small town feel and is cozy. We were hoping to walk around the apple orchard and outside grounds but unfortunately that is only available Saturdays and Sundays. Since we stopped in on a Wednesday that area was closed. We made the best out of it and strolled around the market instead. Staff members were helpful. No one was pushy and we didn't feel rushed to get in and out. We purchased several items and if I were to go back I'd definitely get the apple pie in a bag and chocolate peanut butter balls again. I'd pass on the seasoned pretzels and cheese curds. They were just fine IMO.

We have gone to Sentry for years and have a child with a severe disability. We never feel welcomed, getting stares by several employees and also recently being followed up and down the aisles by and older woman employee and most recently by Blake Daniels. Blake followed my family for so long that it made both of my daughters significantly uncomfortable. It is CLEAR that they do not care about physically and neuro-diverse people and have no willingness to accept and accommodate them. And when I sent a few emails directly to Bill, I NEVER received a response. You have to be a horrible person to discriminate against anyone overall but it takes a specific type of terrible to do it to a child. I will not shop here anymore nor will any of my family. I encourage everyone reading this to take the same action. Vote with your $'s or there will never be change.
