Just about everything. Service is very poor, selection is hit or miss quality is very low and to have someone say hi or can I help you with something is non existent. All around a terrible shopping experience. Kroger you need to do better. Hopefully someone can help this store out and give the customers of Waterford a store that they can be happy to shop. read more

Too many times bought deli food that was spoiled. Bought coffee creamer that was expired by 1 yr

while the store is nice and local. I am put off with the people who say they care about the customers that they took away 4X Friday fuel points. This makes a huge difference. I need to find a store who cares and I encourage others from our area to do the same and I do not mean the PicknSave in Burlington. Unless they bring back the 4X Friday fuel points, lets give our business to someone else. read more

This has really been a pain the past year. The prices posted are never right. Their cell service sucks so bad you can't download your digital coupons. I usually check prices on register before final payment and 99% of the time at least 2 things are wrong. When I'm in a hurry I check them when I got home and realized I was overcharged at least $10. It's convenient to have it here but the management has really dropped the ball. read more

My last three trips to Waterford store resulted in checking off less than half of my grocery list for things I KNOW Pick n Save carries. In each instance I required another trip to the Franklin store. Three strikes, you're out. I am done with ever trying to shop at the Waterford store again. I'm also tired of them NEVER having more than one checkout line open, even if it's 15 or 20 people deep. Don't waste your time... they won't have what you need and you'll spend an extra 45 minutes in line. read more

If I could give negative stars I would!! This is the dairy case, in Pick'nSave! I think the pictures speak a thousand words! This disgusting mess didn't happen overnight, the liquid was thick and dried. The smell was gross!!! read more

I am forced to give 1 star, but I prefer to give -5 stars! This is truly the very worst Pick n Save in WI!!! Never stocked, constantly charges full prices for sale items, forgets to put ALL your purchases in your bag so you have to go back to retrieve them, manager allows staff to park in the front of the lot so you have to park in the back, dirty, staff not too friendly. Need I say more? This is the closest store to my house and I'll never shop here again! I've given them many chances....I'm done. Everyone in my neighborhood hates this store. It's the absolute worst!!! read more

The checkout people are amazing. The people who do pick up orders are amazing. They also have really good fruit if you don't have time to stop at the farmers cart on the way into town. I was told if it's raining you can just pull right into the awning area and they'll load up your trunk. That way everyone has some shelter from the rain. It's very considerate. read more

Management doesn't care about them because one kid will be riding a pallet jack around the aisles and one will be working cleaning the self check out by themselves. read more

I try to support local businesses where possible because I feel that is important. Pick N Save on the other hand does nothing to give people a reason to shop there or return. Most people shop there because there is no other choice unless you want to drive to surrounding communities. The store is not maintained clean inside or outside. The store floors are dirty and aisles are blocked with either store associates stocking, pallets of freight or carts full of freight. This makes it difficult to get down aisles. Store associates are no very friendly and do not create a welcoming environment. As you enter the store you walk into the produce department and more ofter then not find some of the produce that is not fresh. Pick N Save openly boasts in their television media ads that their produce is fresher than Fresh....... Well I beg to differ with them. As you walk to the deli counter there are usually three people working behind the counter with usually only one person waiting on customers. Most of the time the customer is ignored or not acknowledged. The store does not do a acceptable job of checking expiration dates or best by dates on products. I ofter find expired dates on products on store shelves. After you are done shopping you proceed to the front of the store only to find a long line because there is only one register open with people waiting to get checked out. You might think that it is due to staffing shortages and I might be inclined to believe that but often store associates are standing up front doing absolutely nothing or chitchatting with each other. I am sure everyone standing in line has the same thought, "why doesn't someone open another register" great question.......but instead the line gets longer and the associates working at the front register area continue to stand around chitchatting. I do not normally like to post about my shopping experiences but in this case I have been a frequent shopper of Pick N Save and have found my experience to be the same with most visits. I bought my niece a Pick N Save e-gift card online and the e-gift card was forwarded to her email for use. I also called the store in Waterford, WI and asked if they accepted e-gift cards at that location. Today, my niece went to use the e-gift card and the way that the manager (Angela) handled the situation is very unacceptable. She did not even want to accept the e-gift card, made a big scene and told my niece about people scamming. If my niece was dressed in professional dress attire would Angela made a big scene and accuse her of trying to scam them? This embarrassed my niece which is unacceptable. And after all of the items were rang up, the e-gift card worked! Imagine that! Why does Pick N Save offer e-gift cards if they don't want to accept them or embarrass people using the e-gift card? How embarrassing. She will not be shopping at that Pick N Save anymore read more

Overall pleasant experience. Baggers could use training on layering heavy items at the bottom and lighter items on top.

Disgusting salad bar. Croutons with a consistency of mush. Do you really think that putting that kind of food out there will bring you repeat customers? I, for one, won't get fooled again. Shame on you. read more

Prepared food, unprepared food, big food, little food, green food, yellow food, food made from plants, food made from animals - all made FOR humans! I love everything about the store, the food and your friendly employees, but I have a major issue. Since I live just behind you, me and the rest of my family hear your trucks and garbage deliverys every week at 2 in the morning. I've been living here for almost 4 years, and the noises are becoming horrid. My other problem is your garbage. Garbage is always ending up onto the bike trail and into my lawn. It's absolutely disgusting having to pick it up all the time. We don't want to call the cops on noise complaints, but we have been thinking about doing so once it hits 11:00 and we can still hear your trucks going on for hours and hours during the night. read more
