When it was delivered she sent a picturing of it thanking us for it and I was floored. It was full of filler flowers along with mostly white and green florals. When I called to report the error to the store, not only did they credit my delivery fee, but further corrected the mistake by promising to deliver flowers to her on my original delivery date as well! Their custoner service went above and beyond to ensure I was compensated. I'd selected a local small businesses on purpose and really feel it was money well spent. My sister loved her boquet.

If I had known the horrible customer service that I would have received from Blooms in Bloom, I would never had ordered my daughter's flowers there. The staff was very argumentative and from what I remember, "the customer is always right". That is not the case here. My daughter's prom flowers were refrigerated up until she had to take pictures. I paid $70 for a wrist corsage and a tiny boutonniere. That's right $70 and you would think they would last. First of all I had to go back because apparently having a picture of the dress isn't enough to choose the right flowers. They put blue orchids which show a lot of purple for a tan and turquoise dress. That was a horrible match so I had to go back to have them changed. My daughter barely got through her grand march at her school before the rose started to wilt. I sent a picture to the florist and all they could tell me was that my daughter bumped the flower even though I had been with her the whole time and all she was doing was taking pictures. She wasn't playing soccer. All of her other friends had beautiful flowers that lasted all night. I have had other arrangements in the past that have lasted days. I was talking to my other friend and she had the same problem with her daughter's prom flowers. Overpriced and not good quality. The hardest part about this was that this was a referral so you think it's has to be good. I will never go back to this business. I will continue to order from Garden Party Florist who has always delivered good service and good product.
