From looking at the stock and organization of the store, it seems to be exceptional, but to be perfectly fair, I'm only critiquing the U-Haul rental side of this establishment. I reserved a 10 foot U-Haul truck one week prior, and picked my vehicle up on Saturday. It took a while for the staff member to look up my reservation, then he proceeded to tell me I needed to go to the back of the building, go to the rental box, and enter a code to pick up my keys. Basically, this is self-service. The gauges for the fuel were full and the truck was clean, and seemed to be in good shape. When I was finished, I refueled, and returned the vehicle to the U-Haul parking lot. He took the keys and said you will be getting a receipt emailed to you. When I got my bill, I noticed that there was an overcharge of $30. The store clerk would not speak to me about the bill, and told me to call corporate. I did leave a complaint at corporate, so I'm waiting to hear the results. I don't like their procedures, and I also don't like these (franchise) U-Haul dealerships! It's an extra "side job" that they can make money on, and I don't believe they care one way or the other about the customer. Next time I move, I will not be using U-Haul.

We have gone to Sentry for years and have a child with a severe disability. We never feel welcomed, getting stares by several employees and also recently being followed up and down the aisles by and older woman employee and most recently by Blake Daniels. Blake followed my family for so long that it made both of my daughters significantly uncomfortable. It is CLEAR that they do not care about physically and neuro-diverse people and have no willingness to accept and accommodate them. And when I sent a few emails directly to Bill, I NEVER received a response. You have to be a horrible person to discriminate against anyone overall but it takes a specific type of terrible to do it to a child. I will not shop here anymore nor will any of my family.
