Took it to a better reviewed and more reputable place nearby and they did the job for HALF the price shorewood auto quoted, the calipers did NOT need to be replaced, my battery was totally fine, and they finished the work the same day I brought it in. The only possible issue is that they can't do everything there...for some things, unfortunately, you will have to take your car to a dealer. But try here first!

When I brought my car in, Denny greeted me and dropping my car off was quick and efficient. I ended up needing the rotors replaced and a new serpentine belt as well, and received a call asking if I wanted it fixed. I was hesitant to agree to this, being that most auto repair shops tend to take advantage of customers with as little automotive knowledge as me, but they said it was something that really needed to be done as soon as possible. When I came to pick my car up, Denny brought me back into the shop and showed me the old parts from my car and showed me what they were supposed to look/ function like, which I really appreciated and it really assured me that I needed the parts and that I was really being looked out for. They even ran a diagnostic for issues that I may want to look out for in the future. I've been back since and they made sure to ask if I was still satisfied with the repairs, which were phenomenal and my car with 204,000 miles is running as smooth as ever!
