You might be surprised to find high-quality, catered food at a gas station, but it's worth driving out if your way for any of this food! I tried the lamb curry, and it was authentic and delectable. The pieces of meat were perfectly tender, and the sauce had just the right amount of spice to be flavorful but not to make your head sweat. It also wasn't oily like inexpensive Indian food tends to be. The Indian entrees come with a choice of naan (flatbread) or rice. We noticed the sign on their board. It said butter chicken, palak paneer and garlic naan. It definitely caught our attention. A gas station serving Indian food? We got the chicken masala tikka, fish fry and goat curry with garlic naan and rice. Everything was absolutely delicious. The naan was so soft. My favorite was the goat curry. I was completely unaware of the food, I stopped to get gas. My girlfriend noticed the signs and wanted to try it. I was honestly shocked to know a gas station had great food options.
