First manager was Ryan or Dave. But today it was Kelly. While loading 23 boxes of flooring into my car Kelly decides to move the pallet jack and dumps the flooring. "We are not supposed to do this" "If you want this service go to Lowe's". She then called me a "dick",, I returned the compliment. Keep in mind I just spent $1000 in flooring and was treated like this as a CUSTOMER!!! The other associate apologized for her rudeness. This was a very unpleasant experience. We were excited by the reviews we read about Bellhop to use…read moretheir services. It was totally an impersonal and AI generated disappointment. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Everything was a runaround. We signed the contract multiple times, but kept getting emails asking us to sign as if we never did. Filing a claim, because our movers were so inexperienced and clumsy with our belongings, has been a total hassle. They keep asking for more information even after pictures were sent. We could not be more disheartened than we are. Luckily, it was not very expensive and we got our belongings moved; even though it took over six hours to move 1.3 miles from where we lived and we lost a couch and an entertainment unit. Do not fall for the stellar reviews; they are bogus! Save yourself the headaches.

The concept is really cute with sandwich options to choose from, and of course the build your own charcuterie boards! It's a beautiful place with a nice, open interior and comfortable seating outside. I tried the Gouda grilled cheese with tater tots and a side of caprese salad. They also didn't really have iced tea on the menu, but they offered to make me one and it was probably the best iced tea I've ever had! The sandwich was perfectly crispy and buttery on the outside - an element that is very important to me! The flavors were very good also. My only complaint would be that I wish the cheese had been a bit more melted. It wasn't really melted at all, for what I would expect from a grilled cheese sandwich. The tater tots and ranch were very good. There seemed to be some herbs in the tots, which I liked. The only thing I really didn't care for was the caprese salad. It just had an off taste to it and I ended up only eating one bite. All in all, I will definitely go back! It's a great place!
