Let's start with Robin who works does it all, she works in customer service, cashier and anything they need. It doesn't matter what she's doing she is always smiling and happy to help. There is a bunch of them, Ethen, Natasha, Jessica, Michael, Nancy, William. William should be the store mascot. In the meat and produce you have Scott and Lydia. I wish Lydia was my granddaughter, she is so sweet. Can't forget Troy. Troy is a retired HVAC business owner. He works there because he wanted something to do and loves it and is still there. Give you an idea what kind of man he is, in about 1984 I was 24 years old and had 5 children. His company had serviced my furnace. A few days later we had a fire, and it was a total loss. Never got a bill, just a letter saying we owed nothing and asked if he could help. Bet he doesn't even remember. But the number 1 best employee of all time is Nathan the cart wrangler. I was hurt badly a few years back and he was so much help. He has loaded so much heavy garden supplies and such over the years. To this day I'll be coming out of the store and hear from across the parking lot, HEY JOE DO YOU NEED HELP. Even if i say no if I have a lot or something heavy, he drops what he's doing and helps me load. If all their employees were like him, they wouldn't need a HR dept. I don't know what he earns but it's not enough, a truly fine polite young man.

Walmart-Augusta KS has been a good place for us to shop for 2020-2024 ish. However, it has become…read moremuch more difficult since all the stores have added the tall blue carts used to fill orders or stock shelves. Then the staff gather 2 or 3 around to gab about their weekend or the football game and it is impossible for customers to get by. That happened today. Add to that most of the product are on different aisles since the remodel. I have no problem with staff taking breaks in a break room, just not at the end caps or in aisles.

I'm pretty sure that it wouldn't be a huge issue for them to just restrict overnight parking, but since I've been there last, they've put signs like this in every parking area on their property. Prior to this, I would park on the side where no cars park (west side de of building) so that I wouldn't impede parking for any cars. Now they have this same sign put up on that side.

I was told it would cost $130.00 to come out and diagnose the problem + $120/hr labor plus the cost of the part. I was charged $195.00 for the part + $209.99 for the labor + $30.37 tax = $435.36 I later discovered the machine was under warranty. Herb Snow & Son was informed that it was only 2 years old, so they knew it was under warranty and never mentioned it to me. I was under the impression it had a 1-year warranty, when, in fact, it has a 10-year warranty. I found out later that the part Herb Snow sold me for $195.00 sells on Amazon for $21.99. Samsung told me they would have replaced it for free had Herb Snow had only called. At the very most, I should have been charged to come out and diagnose the problem ($130.00) plus labor ($120.00) for a total of $250.00. I ended up being charged $435.36. This amounts to an overcharge of $185.36, and overcharge of 42.58% Avoid these people as if your life depends on it! If you use them after reading this review, you deserve everything they are going to do to you! The only reason they use lubricant is to hold the sand on! I am surprised that local law enforcement doesn't require them to wear a mask and carry a gun.

We visited this store to look for used appliances and picked out a washer and dryer on the floor…read more We didn't have them pull it out from being tucked in next to the other appliances. It was scraped up on the side, but we didn't see it until it was delivered. They told us the delivery fee was $50, which we paid. On delivery, the two guys banged up the back door getting it inside. They flooded the floor with water. The plug ins were too outdated and didn't work so they went to Ace Hardware to get a different set. The washer still did not work. They couldn't get it running. We called Herb Snow store to let them know we were not accepting the appliances. We arrived at the store for a refund. The owner told us the washer was working now, and it was in the back if we wanted to look at it. We said that we didn't want it. She would not refund the delivery fee of $50. She said that it was delivered. We said we didn't pay for delivery of appliances that didn't work. She said, "We delivered it didn't we?" We were out $50, and banged up door.

Absolutely worst sign company in the Wichita area. The owners make there employees do dangerous…read morejobs and make them half ass the customers signs to get as many jobs done in a day no matter if it puts the employees life on the line and could possibly kill them. As well as the receptionist Kathy treats her crews like trash and verbally abuses them to there face as well as over the phone/text messages etc, completly degrading them of there work ethic while the owners John and rene do nothing about it and go on vacation pretty much every week disregarding the problems & dangers in the work place just to make a quick dollar. Firing employees after they get hurt on the job due the managers lack of accountability for forcing an employee to rig the job and get it out of the way. i know multiple previous employees who have gotten hurt due to this companys lack of safety and proceeds to fire said employee and not take care of the medical expenses. Management forces there employees to break/damage bulbs and other electrical wiring on the customers sign to raise the price, or convince the customer they need more LED conversions just to make extra money for the owners vacation fund. I would honestly suggest fixing your sign yourself than hire Ron's sign to do it. PIECE OF SH*T COMPANY
