The owner asked if I was looking for anything specific. I told her I was just browsing and we kept talking. She was so nice and friendly. They started as a pop up boutique and opened their brick and mortar store a year ago. It is very organized and the items they carry are clearly intentionally curated. There was even a whole section for Fourth of July outfits--super cute! The selection included a good combination of tops, bottoms, dresses, jumpsuits, and even accessories like hats, bags, jewelry and cosmetics. The prices were common of other boutiques, with a sale section towards the back. They also have an online store so you can browse before you go or simply purchase online. I was very hopeful when I brought a large amount of quality, name-brand clothing, shoes, and…read moreaccessories to this resale shop. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. When my consignment period ended, I arranged to collect my unsold items and collect my check for those pieces sold. Before signing contract and dropping everything off, I carefully counted and documented the total number of pieces I left with the store. When I returned, many items were missing -- they were neither listed as sold nor included with my unsold inventory. Even more concerning, I personally found several of my items still on the sales floor displayed under a completely different consigner account number. I left the store still missing multiple pieces because I simply did not have the time to search through all the racks myself. There appears to be a very unorganized and unreliable system for tracking sellers' inventory. Pricing was also inconsistent and did not seem to reflect brand value appropriately. Additionally, consigners are required to bring items on hangers, which I did -- providing good-quality hangers. However, my clothing was switched onto cheap discount-store hangers, and when I asked if my original hangers would be returned, I was told "no." So essentially, you provide quality hangers and receive inferior ones back. Overall, the store felt disorganized and management seemed completely unbothered by the missing pieces. Due to the lack of accountability, poor tracking practices, and dismissive response to my concerns, I will not be returning -- neither to sell nor to shop.

Bought $180 worth of apparel for my son for Christmas. I wasn't sure if it would fit or not and…read morespecifically asked the lady if I could return if it did not fit (since I was buying the smallest size they carried). She told me yes and just to make sure I saved the receipt. Sure enough, I should have trusted my gut, the coat and shirts were way too big. Without delay, took my son Dec 26th at 10am (opening) to the mall to return the items and find him something he wanted. I watched as they moved a sign from behind the counter to the front of the register that had their "return policy" on it, which was NOT clearly posted PRIOR to Christmas! Their return policy (now after Christmas) is "in store credit" only on returns...... So now, I have $180 in store credit for my son that won't fit anything they sell. So in order to ensure he had a decent Christmas, I had to purchase what he wanted out of pocket, still with a useless $180 store credit to Superstar Sports..... I'm all about shopping at local business's but I will NEVER shop here again! They don't care about their customers, just money hungry. Half their crap is way overpriced anyway!
