I gave her the receipt that had 4 items on it including the shirt and she was rudely said "where?" Then she said "you still want this shirt?" I know it's a busy Saturday for TJ Maxx but it would be nice if better customer service was given, especially by the coordinator. Other than that everything about TJ Maxx is amazing!

Get all of it at Target. No problem. I went to this Target in May, 2025. It was very clean - typical Target! Always clean! Nice staff. Bathing suits at the front of the store. All of the clothes were wrong. All of them. We were shopping for clothes for my partner. He wanted a basic shirt or two that fits, with a breast pocket. Basic shorts that fit. Nothing. All the shorts for men were too short. We didn't find any shirts with a breast pocket. It was so discouraging. I think of Target as the place to shop when you want just about anything. Well, this one certainly isn't the magic right now. It was so incredibly disappointing We couldn't find men's basketball shorts either. So sad. I hope next year fashions cool off and do right by people who like basics !!

If you refuse to come in on that day off then expect to be scheduled the most grueling hours possible (retaliation is certainly a thing here). I LOVED working with all my peers but 3/4 of the team leads sucked bawlz. Not surprised to see a review calling Lindy out for being a racist. Kinda par for the course there lol. As for the other 1/4 of the team leads or supervisors they are incredible and are the sole reason this store still has regular guests. I still shop here to this day plus the Starbucks here is the best in Kansas. Just don't expect a pleasant experience when dealing with Shelly, Lindy, or the store manager himself, Aaron.

First we got another check out person, then a man came in to "help" us but he walked out the door?? Next a manager came up and asked where the man helping us went - and I told him he walked out the door - maybe quit? Ha. Then that popcorn girl started our refund request on coffee that was marked $13.99 but rang up $15.99. The manager returned and I walked over to show the sign and sale. He looked and said the sale was over . I said the sign was up and it says $13.99 (in huge numbers). Nope. He reaffirmed it was $15.99 though the sign said $13.99. He was not friendly. No apology for the sign being up etc. So I asked for a return/refund. Back to the unfriendly pop corn lady. Meanwhile, this whole time, the man in line behind me stood waiting. HIs order was originally run up in the middle of mine. This is not the first time we have tried this store and not the 3rd time it ruined my day. He completely stood back during our mat and frame selection, forcing me to prompt him to display the options on the computer. Furthermore, he was condescending when explaining how to handle my old frame, and he actively tried to pivot to helping another customer who arrived after us.As a loyal customer who has brought in four framing projects recently--and had wonderful experiences with Chloe--this interaction was incredibly frustrating.
