Drove all the way out there to have them tell me the order was canceled because the item isn't available anymore, there weren't any in stock. Walked in the store & found there were still 3 of the item we ordered on the shelf!!! Customer service said there was nothing they could do to allow us to take the item that we had already paid for, drove way out of the way for and now had right in our hands, as they already canceled the order when they decided it somehow was not in stock and hadn't even refunded the money!!!! Had to pay for the item the second time and not waiting for the refund. Crappy customer service Walmart!!! Online ordering and pickup should make things easier not more of a pain. And why lie, I think the are too lazy to actually go check for the item.
