Nobody in San Antonio had the Christmas present my grand daughter really wanted, but this location had 6! Ordered one online for pickup because we didn't want to lose out during the drive & thought this meant it would be picked and saved for us since we paid for it. Drove all the way out there to have them tell me the order was canceled because the item isn't available anymore, there weren't any in stock. Walked in the store & found there were still 3 of the item we ordered on the shelf!!! Customer service said there was nothing they could do to allow us to take the item that we had already paid for, drove way out of the way for and now had right in our hands, as they already canceled the order when they decided it somehow was not in stock and hadn't even refunded the money!!!! Had to pay for the item the second time and not waiting for the refund. Crappy customer service Walmart!!! Online ordering and pickup should make things easier not more of a pain. And why lie, I think the are too lazy to actually go check for the item. Bring your patience and throw your expectations out the window with this gem. So the only reason I go here, is so I can get anything I forgot to bring with me when I come to visit my MIL in Devine. The customer service here is subpar, and depends on which employee is having a good day or bad day. Of course after interacting with some of the customers here a few times, I can understand why they are grumpy. The best is when two locals got in a shouting match with each other in the store the day after Christmas. Their toy department is lacking and not much in the entertainment section either. This place should only be used for basic stuff or if you just want to take a few laps in some air conditioning. read more

Horrible. Bought a trampoline and took a worker 10 minutes to find a cart and then came to pay for it in front and and the machine messed up and waited literally 45 minutes for a receipt because the manager was to busy training a new worker in front of us! read more

Ordered 4 tires from Walmart.com. 2 weeks later 2 of the 4 arrived and over a month later I STILL didn't receive the second set of tires. I needed ALL 4 tires to make one trip to get them put on and by the time the tires would have come, my current tires would have already been bald! And to top it off I called Walmart before driving there to find out if all 4 tires had arrived, because it only showed 2 arrived. The worker went to go check if all tires were there without asking me for any information on the name or phone number they would be associated with. He came back and said yes they were there. I asked whos tires were there and he gave me someone else's name. Then when I told him my name he lied and said yes all four were there without going and looking again. So I showed up at Walmart and wasted an hour just for him to tell me they were NOT THERE. When I went to the front to get a refund they were absolutely clueless and couldn't help me. I ended up doing it on my own at home. To this day ( 2 weeks after I initially ordered the tires) I still haven't received my refund. From now going forward I will be supporting every other business other than Walmart. read more
