I kept tracking it, and it was still at Walgreens. I told myself maybe there was a mistake. I showed up at the door on Sunday, and the package was where they left it when I dropped it off. I asked them why it was not picked up, and they did not have an answer for me. They just handed me the package back, and I left with no apology. Prescription sent to Boerne HEB. They waited around then checked in and it wasn't done. So they came home and had late lunch/early dinner, went back still not done. Returned a last time and pharmacy just closed! Walgreens would have been faster and text her when it was done! 24 hours? At least reasonable! Fortunately my receipt was in the car. It showed the purchase. But the system still did not find the transaction. My card number was at the bottom of the receipt. They wanted me to Come back the next day? No. They said they can't give me cash back. Oh yes you can. I have a receipt that proves the purchase and the money was removed from my account. They finally gave me my cash back.

Randall works at the customer service desk, however he needs a customer service professional attitude and behavior. The cashier asked him for help with a coupon I wanted to use. He came to the register and said, "If the register doesn't take it I don't know what to tell you, there is nothing I can do about it." I get these coupons from a manufacturer monthly because I buy over fifty of one of their items monthly. I told Randall, I used the same coupons last month and it worked fine. He repeated, not making eye contact with me EVER, "I don't know what to tell you if the register doesn't take it." And walked off. Still, he made no eye contact with me, and he never addressed me, he talked to the cashier the entire time. He made it clear, he was not talking to me. Customer Service means I will help the Customer who needs to be serviced, so address the customer professionally, He was Rude and not professional.

The "manager" almost knocked me over trying to walk to the pharmacy in front of me to start to close the register. Another customer was there at the same time as well and we were both refused when asking to pick up our prescription. What would it take? Maybe 5 mins to allow 2 customers standing there to pick up their prescriptions. Someone needs to take some ownership in training and teaching basic customer service. The ONLY reason we use this pharmacy is because we are forced to use CVS by our insurance company. I am guessing they do not care about reviews and probably will not even respond or acknowledge this one.
