I like the decor here- it feels comfy and modern, with lots of stuff that makes it feel more like a coffee shop than a pharmacy. They have a lab right in the back where you can peer in and see them compounding medications and elixirs with precision. They're wearing protective gear and weigh things out with delicate instruments! The service was great- they offered the talk with the pharmacist to brief on what's going on. They were speedy and friendly. They were great about communication over the phone. Parking was easy- there's a dedicated lot in the rear.

Thankfully though I finally discovered Spring Branch pharmacy which is the total opposite which is no doubt because it's an individually owned pharmacy that takes a great deal of personal pride in its service. It is very efficient and well organized, but it's the fantastic, stable staff which makes all the difference! They're not only super friendly, they're extremely efficient and helpful. In fact there's such a friendly atmosphere at this pharmacy that customers are recognized the moment they step in the door. How often does that happen these days?! Consequently I'm rating this pharmacy 5 stars but wish I could give them even more!

What a great experience!!!…read more It was finally time for a new pair of glasses, and something compelled me to try Eyes on Main. That was a good decision! The office is modern and welcoming, almost as welcoming as the staff. From the phone call to understand if I needed an appointment to showing up, everything about my experience was top notch. I'd like to especially thank Mallorie and Sarah for their above and beyond service to ensure my glasses fit correctly. They not only got the fit perfected, but they did it with kindness, true customer service. I never felt like a burden, they were genuinely invested in the proper fit of my new glasses. I highly recommend Eyes on Main and will be a return customer for myself and the family!
