When I was explaining the situation to Rita, I was actually trying to clarify that I had already applied the coupon to one order and did not want it accidentally applied twice. Before I could finish explaining, she cut me off and said, "Just let me do it." I tried to brush that off and assumed maybe it was just a misunderstanding. However, shortly afterward, when I entered my phone number at checkout, she asked if I had already entered it. I told her yes, and she responded, "Oh, well, you messed it up. Now I have to redo this" Why wouldn't I put my phone number in if it had popped up on the screen?? I was polite and patient throughout the entire interaction, so I was irritated by the repeated attitude and the way I was spoken to. I hope management addresses this because she was extremely rude and off putting. I won't be ordering pictures from Walgreens again.

They never fail in giving pathetic customer service. They're always looking at their watch as if THEIR lunch break is always more important than addressing customers in line. You will run out of gas waiting for service at the drive-thru...It's ridiculous. Make it better by hiring a staff that cares. Keep the Pharmacist, but there's only so much he can do alone.

Since it was in the 90s to100s Temps we had to get water at least 2 times. This place is not nearby our hotel but it was worth the walk but if you're out was at night, better to take a cab or Lyft when you buy those big sizes of water. And if u take the longer route through the mall & riverwalk during the day or early evening &if it's near your hotel.

The gentlemen (I believe his name is Niko) at God's Country helped continually until all our prescriptions were moved. Very pleased with the assistance especially having left Houston for awhile during this time. Thank you for the constant calls & keeping me updated. It's good to know someone is very willing to help. Obviously there's no actual pharmacy here since it's on the river level with no access to street parking. It's not even your standard CVS. Sure, they have the basics like snacks, cosmetics, etc, but what tickled me were the ducky plushies in cowboy and beaver hats. There are also post cards and $20 phone chargers, one of which I needed since I accidentally left mine at the hotel. Would I come here to buy anything otherwise? Probably not, but it was certainly worth checking out. And the cashier was also very nice. She did ask if I have a phone number with CVS (I haven't for several years now. I wonder if they ever actually close those years old inactive accounts). She also allowed me to simply use the reusable bag from the Alamo we already had with us to save the trouble. Oh and an entire aisle dedicated to Texas and San Antonio. It was a fun time. Also, the shelves could probably stand to be wiped down more. Lots of dust. And what's this? No kitty cats to greet me? Now I'm sad. :( I'd come back just to see them, and they're good for keeping rodents away. So for the cat haters out there, bear in mind they're smarter than many give them credit for as they hunt mice and birds to keep the river walk free of infestations.
