I always use the side lot that stays empty. The employees are nice and open extra registers when it gets busy. I'm sure they are overwhelmed but this store constantly has packed items blocking aisles. The battery shelf stays empty and the non-seasonal sections are often disorganized. It's cramped and I wish there was a way to expand without moving locations. Overall this location serves its purpose and the holiday section stays stocked.

Godwill he and I have a interesting connection he does not listen to the customers very well and at times over charge them. However, he went immediately and got his manager, Mr. Kenny and I asked Mr. Kenny how come I can't redeem all of my points. He said we don't do redeeming you can just get a gift card and pay for a gift card and use that gift card to pay for your order so I asked Mr. Kenny very gently. How much is a refresher a small and he said $4.45. I said I'll be right back and I went to get cash. I came back and I saw someone I knew and hugged them and Godwill took my order and I said can I get a refresher he said you want strawberry and I said no no ;make it plain. I'm allergic to strawberry. He said oh yeah that's right. We've been over this. I said yes just make it yummy. Please no caffeine he said do you want ice? I said a little bit of ice well anyway I turn my back to talk to someone. I know when I turn around and he puts my order on the counter with a lot of ice. He said it's lemonade that's it but I didn't ask for lemonade. he said no, and he took a deep breath and stood there so I tried it. It was mango lemonade refresher I had a lot of ice but it's OK. It was very delicious and I paid a grand total of $4.72. He gave me back the incorrect change but then he corrected the change. I saw Quinn and I told him do you remember my assignment I gave you about my order, he said no. I said you're supposed to turn my hot chocolate/steamed milk order into a milkshake. I love milk milkshakes. He said I'm gonna work on that. So I said all that to say, I love Quinn and Sydney.I'm trying very hard to warm up to Godwill I just need him to have a little more Customer Service skills and be honest and upfront with people and not rush them but other than that, it's good. I love the ambience of the store and today the store smelled very wonderful because of all of the flowers upfront fresh flowers, great flowers, beautiful flowers, amazing flowers, and I stopped and smelled them on my way out and it smells so good even in the back of the store because I had to run to the restroom really quickly and even the rest restrooms. This time we're clean a few days ago. They were very nasty and every now and then I'll clean up the restrooms when I'm in there.
