However, it's not the cleanest or most organized place to shop The front end is a disaster!!! Boxes all over, cluttered check stands full of go backs. A rack with past holiday items, damaged items, hangers,go backs right there as you check out.( Very sloppy) They also have the garbage dumpster right out front. It always seems to be overflowing. They also have a cinder block bin that has been full of boxes, plastic pallet wrap , I don't think they have cleaned that out since they opened 2 years ago. (Wonder what's living in there)? It would be nice to see a bench out in front by the doors either outside or in. We are a town of old people mostly, this would probably be most appreciated. I'm sure, like most places today are having a difficult time finding reliable people to work. But, I think the store manager needs to step it up. Put the phone down and get busy ....( Seems like she always has it in her hand while I'm there) she could put alittle effort into making that store somewhere people enjoying coming into instead of avoiding shopping in a mess.

Only one cashier running the show up front, manager on the sales floor stocking products, And plenty of people shopping the store. Cashier was very nice only charged me 2xs for the same product but Mgr refund me the difference so no biggy. Large parking lot you could fit a couple of RVs in so go check it out and double check your receipt on the way out.

They never have any beer specials, coffee products, cookies, etc are sparce and the prices are considerably higher. When I travel back to Portland, I always stock up on products that I miss along with great prices.

We found a set we really liked and, after we negotiated a 20% discount on the whole purchase (3 couches, 1 loveseat, 3 recliners), the price was good so we pulled the trigger. We were told the furniture was IN STOCK and would be saved for us until the remodel was complete. However, when we told them we were ready to schedule delivery, the song & dance started. I will shorten the story to say we purchased our furniture 10/31/21 and did not get our delivery until 11/11/22 ... MORE THAN 1 YEAR LATER. I might have almost been understanding of Wallaroo's issues given all the supply chain issues that resulted from lock-downs, materials shortages, inflation and other Covid mismanagement since Jan 2021 BUT ... Ryan Joachim was my salesman and he gave us 3 different stories over the year that did not line up. In the end, I had to conclude that they sold my "in stock" furniture to someone else and expected more in but then it was delayed. Ryan had to tell us something so he would just make up stories but didn't remember the previous ones. Anyway, we like the furniture and got a good price, so they got 2 stars instead of one. But this was a miserable experience.

The sales woman said the warehouse would call us that day or the next to schedule delivery. 2 more weeks go by and we're starting to wonder if we got scammed. We filed a fraud report with our bank because when you spend $1500 you expect to have something to show for it. Once we filed the report wallaroos finally contacted us and said our mattress would be delivered in 3-5 WEEKS!!!! We went with a different company at that point. We felt robbed. So glad we have a very good customer service based bank that got us our money back. I wonder how many people were not able to get their money back and were just SOL. I will NEVER purchase anything through this company again and I will be warning every person I meet, not just friends and family, EVERYONE, about this horrific and traumatizing experience.

Your store has a lot of items listed online for order, that can't even be found there... meaning I have to refund items, and in turn you lose sales. So some more product information updating would be useful. Aside from that gripe, I find great value and selection there.. and there is never any freshness issues like I have found at other local retailers especially among produce, bakery, meat, and dairy items! I had the pleasure of an extremely kind and efficient cashier "SUE" help me complete a rather large grocery order today.. And I wanted to mention she was so fast and friendly, she made more than my day.. she will keep me coming back there, just because she provides the customer care we all deserve!

I have found what should be $7-10 bottles of polish for $1.50-2 and that makes my addiction a bit lighter on my unemployed pocket. This store is typically a bit dirty and disorganized which is not conducive to an efficient and productive shopping experience. Some shelves are left bare and that doesn't look good either... Often when going to check out there is only one checkstand open and it is a crap shoot as to if it will be a long line or if a checker is actually behind the stand. On occasion I stand there just looking around to see if a staff member may be in earshot:) There are a few food items I purchase here but mainly this is my go to nail polish place. This is by far one of the worst parking areas in Cd'A, buildings seem to have been added in randomly in the lot so there are far too many entrances and exits in pour locations making it difficult to navigate when busy.
