This negative review is really for customer service associate, Rose. This was my second time here in 2 months experiencing her terrible customer service. On the first occasion at the self check out, I had a faulty soap pump and soap spilled. She treated this as an inconvenience to her and didn't bother to offer to get a new one or express any care for her customers experience at all. Yesterday when I stopped in, she had the same attitude regarding confusing signage when I was trying to understand why items in front of clearance signs were not actually on clearance. Target clearly doesn't understand how to retain their customer base. Won't come back!

The online ad mentioned 50% off on framing. I immediately jumped in my car and drove to Cherry Hill. Upon arrival, I found a bustling store with a lot of people. I made my way back to the framing section and was met by a nice young lady who helped me pick out a frame and went over a few details. Once she rang up everything, she told me the price. I almost fainted bc I had prepared myself to hear another $600-$700 quote/estimate. Nope! The cost at Hobby Lobby was $299 + tax. I almost threw my panting over the counter bc I was so happy. I was given an invoice and due date to pick-up my framed painting. I arrived 2 weeks later to pick-up the painting and I could not have been happier.
