All I have to say is if you have to go to a cashier, watch who you go to. The females have been OK, but this is what the guy does to your groceries..He just throws them in. The lady in back of me was nervous to hee what he did with my eggs! I will go back to self checkout for as long as they will let us.

It's a good deal bigger than the one in Torrington, perhaps a little better organized, and with more products. We like the prices at Aldi, lower than those of any competing groceries, and we're especially fond of their fresh fish and produce, which are always in fact fresh. Non-perishables like canned soups as well as dairy products are also much lower priced than in other stores. The staff hustles a lot and maybe doesn't interact with customers as much as at some stores, but we've always found them helpful when we needed help.

Compared to other BJ's locations across the state, this one feels noticeably limited in both space and selection. It gets the job done for basic needs, but if you're used to the larger warehouse experience, this one might feel a bit underwhelming.

I've done a couple of orders pick ups from this location; everything was smooth and efficient. The customer service was good. Shopping at this place is similar to other Targets; they have pretty much everything you need. There's a grocery area, a CVS, and a Starbucks in there. The store looks organized and well stocked the few times I went. I recommend the red card for 5 percent off your order; they have some good sales/clearance sections too. In the end, a good Target and definitely my go to.

What's strange is that the store never seems overcrowded despite the parking nightmare. Their florals, specifically garden roses, are beautiful. Some items are, like the Halloween section, but a lot of things are competitively priced.
