Told not to call. Received text prescription was ready 7:52 pm. Left immediately and was there in minutes and Pharmacy was closed. I'll have another sick night and have to work tomorrow. I let them know i've arrived and they bring it to my car, which makes things so much easier for me! This particular visit, I ordered Benadryl which meant I had to use the drive-thru to show my ID. Isabella was at the drive thru and she had me sit a minute with zero eye contact, not even so much as an acknowledgment, (a simple "We'll be with you in a sec" would do) once she looked up, she asked for my name, she said she couldn't hear me because of the truck's engine beside me, and she became extremely rude, once I told her I was there for a pick up, she slammed the phone (used for talking to me through the window) down, hard.... and then walked away. She came back and put the order through the drop box, I went to put my ID inside and she rudely stated "I don't need your id" while rolling her eyes. I politely smiled and drove away, getting her name first. I usually speak my mind when encountering people that nasty, especially representing places that I shop in often. I just decided to make a review instead so hopefully she will get some much needed training on customer service. Everybody has bad days, but our encounter was very short and did not need to be as intolerable as it was. Anyway, love this location- it's close to my house and they're usually very friendly and helpful, hopefully this bad apple won't ruin the whole bunch:)

Came into Walmart #1346 to pick up a few things. I'm disabled so I grab one of their electric carts…read moreand start my shopping trip, I didn't even get to pick up the first thing when the cart stopped going forward back by sporting goods. I could not get it to go forward just reverse, I tried turning it off and back on, I stood up and sat back down, everything I could think of. I had to back that thing from sporting goods to the GM side door. I passed three Walmart associates and one of them some kind of manager, tried to get their attention to the situation but was ignored, got all the way to the GM door and told the person on the door her name tag said Antoinette, she just shrugged her shoulders and ignored it. What has happened to customer service, what has happened to people to make them ignore you. Walmart corporate I hope you read this either fix these carts so those of us who can't walk all over your store to get things can do our shopping or get better employees.
