When the scheduled time arrived, we called to confirm their arrival and were shocked to learn that our reservation was not even in their system. After spending a significant amount of time trying to resolve the issue, they apologized and rescheduled the move for Sunday at 8:30 a.m. Because we live in a townhouse community where moving is not allowed on Sundays, we had to go through the trouble of obtaining a special exception just to accommodate their mistake. Unfortunately, the situation became even worse. Sunday came, and once again they failed to show up. No movers, no solution, and no accountability. As a result, we were left with our entire home packed in boxes, unable to move, dealing with stressed and confused dogs, rearranging work commitments, and facing unnecessary emotional and logistical stress. This was not a minor inconvenience--it completely disrupted our lives for an entire weekend. What concerns us most is not just the mistake, but the complete lack of reliability. A moving company is hired because people trust them with one of the most important and stressful transitions in their lives. Failing once is bad enough.
