The fried chicken sucked so did the macaroni and cheese. The chicken taste like something that was frozen and heat it not fry it in the macaroni and cheese look good with tasteless. I ate a little for lunch. I saved some for that evening, so I decided to add some spices and extra cheese to my macaroni and cheese that was left upon eating it. I thought it was the cheese and it was a long string of curly black hair that didn't belong to Me. I recall the lady going to the back the one that wasn't waiting on me saying that she will get the macaroni and cheese. Did she pull a string her hair out and put it in there while she was back there? I had to throw my food away if I ever go back, it will definitely be the rotisserie chicken Hot off the grill when I see them cooking it. I worked in food service before and we had to wear hairnets where are the hairnets at these days?

It's modern and features a lot of great products. Store is bigger than most all the locations too. Very friendly staff here too and never too many people here either. Overall, I was satisfied with my shopping experience here. I would definitely recommend to come here.

Berkots jacked up their grocery prices to make payroll. Oh and don't forget, they also hire ONLY Latinos to work in their commissary where their meat is cut off sight. Cheap labor! Berkots employees are the rudest people. Only two cashiers open, lines down the aisles and people just abandoning their shopping carts.

It's got a different layout , a different atmosphere and a better selection of food compared to same jewel-Osco that were all familiar with. This location is also very busy too and it's great that this location was built to serve this community on the far outskirts of the Chicagoland region. Plenty of parking spaces and there's a great deal of community atmosphere too. Very clean store with great employees and shoppers alike. The con is that the grocery prices are still pretty sky high.
