This place is absolutely massive it is a treasure trove of artifacts with three floors to search and find anything and everything imaginable. This store puts most of the antique stores in Illinois to shame just because of what it offers. Formally this place was a senior living center and I am happy that they repurposed the building for something like this. There's an elevator and it moves very slowly. What's even cooler is that at the checkout they have beer in the cooler! How awesome is that besides all the snacks and munchies. I can't believe this business has been open for well over a year and a half this place is truly a hidden gem. Prices here are pretty good compared to most antique stores. I went to look at the sales sign and it says sale is good to March 18th. 10 days? Fortunately the cashier gave me them at 99 cents each but the principial still stands. We love fresh fruit, as anyone would. I looked at their honeycrisp apples and it would cost me $4 for a few apples? But, we were not going anywhere else at the time. Attached are the "fresh" peaches she got when she opened them up the next day to eat. Nope. People...stay away from here. We will NEVER come back here.

My partner and I walked over to the furniture out front and looked in the window - I noticed some cutting boards and shared my find - we agreed to have breakfast and wait for the shop keeper to open up! Best idea ever - we found a handmade wooden cutting board and some homemade jams, jellies and mustard. The shopkeeper was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the craftsman who made the board and what they were made of. They were not friendly by any means and we're just worried about making a sale. I did end up buying a coffee table that was on clearance and wanted to order a matching end table but the price was way out of line for a tiny little end table. I think they just jacked up the price because they knew I wanted one. We did not get an end table. As much as I love the Amish, I will not go back to this store. I give a 5-star rating for the furniture but the staff and owner I give 0 star. So that's how we ended up with just two stars.
