I recently entrusted Enchanted with handling my late mothers diamond ring. After recently getting engaged, I wanted my fiancée to be able to design her own wedding band using my moms diamond. As one can imagine, I was very nervous placing something with so much sentimental value in the hands of a stranger (especially when you hear the horror stories of diamonds getting lost or switched out at jewelry stores). I soon found out I wasn't dealing with a stranger, but rather immediate best friends. Jill and her sons spent a good deal of time measuring, weighing, and examining my stone so we knew all identifying marks. Once we had a setting picked out and left a deposit, she gave me her cell phone number so we could be in touch while the ring was being made. I never expected her to give updates several times a week while the ring was being casted! When the ring finally came in I was able to confirm it was in fact the same diamond I had sent out. Honestly I never expected my experience to be so personal or exceptional. The finished results were above and beyond my wildest dreams and I think the pricing was very fair. I highly recommend Enchanted Jewelry to everyone I know, regardless of whether it's an engagement ring, watch, or earrings. They have a good selection and are happy to order in whatever you need. I have consigned with them since they opened and they've always been helpful, professional, and quick to answer questions. They are very organized and it's easy to check on consigned items and credit balances. They are also selective about what they take in, and that helps consigners because customers will return to a store that has good inventory. They also take in a variety of price points which is helpful for lower income folks. As for the retail end, I've had great experiences. When messaging them though Facebook when I'm looking for a particular item they're always quick to reply. They are about to open in the new location, which I'm looking forward to, because my only complaint would have been the size of the store (the old location was pretty cramped). They've always had a wide variety of items - clothes, toys, books, baby gear, games, maternity clothes, etc. I understand they'll be taking on larger items in the new location which will make them a one-stop shop. We have a very large bay window in our living room that needed some sort of window treatment for privacy and I'd always wanted white wood blinds. Don't assume that they took a whole chicken wing and cut it in to the separate pieces so that everyone could have a choice. If you thought that you would be wrong. I have never seen another company like Purdue etc. package their party wings this way. As you can see in my photos there is only one flat. My flat loving friends and family will be disappointed. This attitude is unprofessional and does not endear customers to the store. Even when corporate visits the stores, they act and present themselves as if their only concern is making more money.
