Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities that Publix opens a location in are very grateful for a Publix opening by them. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location and I give it five stars.

It gave me a sense of calm as I was able to walk into the store and recognize it as being the same as my previous store. This made navigating the store much easier and I instantly felt at home. I was able to get everything on my list (and more). The staff is super friendly. The store was clean and easy to get around with a cart. I will be marking this down as my go to store from now on.

Instead, she repeatedly dismissed me with "that's enough" and "it's okay," spoke about me to others while I was standing there, and when I asked her to repeat the comment she replied, "I wasn't talking to you." Rather than de-escalating, Michele's tone and behavior escalated the situation and created a hostile, uncomfortable experience. This is not the level of professionalism or customer service expected from someone in a leadership position. Very disappointing interaction. By doing so I noticed that she is not giving customers necessary attention and when she does she just turns and walks away. I am unaccustomed to this at Publix. They were helpful in directing traffic and with any assistance needed when the self checkout gave you the normal attitude. There were no employees on the floor, so service in the aisles was lacking, but in my case was not needed. This location does offer the Kroger gas station, but it is situated across the street, making it a standalone gas station of sorts. The DMV? Bulldozed. Trader Joe's Green Hills is now the governing body of civilization. I've never walked into this place and been greeted by someone who looked like they'd rather be anywhere else. Every employee smiles like they just got engaged, won the lottery, and pet a golden retriever on the way to work. It's suspicious. As a child with OCD, I had approximately 47 family members. Officially it was 14 aunts and uncles and four grandmas, but emotionally it felt like 900 relatives. There were houses where I'd rather eat the upholstery than touch the food. Sometimes it was the smell. Sometimes it was the vibe. Sometimes my brain simply declared, "We're fasting today." Then I came to the US, and discovered Trader Joe's. If one of your employees handed me drywall in a toothpick, i would sample it! This store is cleaner than my conscience after returning my shopping cart. I have genuinely considered quitting my career just to work here. Unfortunately, my therapist intervened. I asked why. She said, "Tarek... you'll be fired within a week." "Why?"
