Instead of calmly asking what happened or reviewing the situation fairly, the manager, Lisa, immediately approached me and asked me to leave without even hearing my side. I left feeling humiliated and discriminated against. No customer should be treated differently for speaking another language. To make matters worse, my immigration status was even brought up during the situation, which was completely inappropriate and unacceptable. This store has cameras, so management can easily review what actually happened. A professional manager should know how to de-escalate situations and listen to both parties before making decisions. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. I have never felt so disrespected while shopping at a store.

What more could you ask for in the heart of an up-and-coming neighborhood like Brooklyn? I live just behind The Brooklyn Station and I find myself here nearly every day. Regency centers owns this shopping plaza and they do a nice job of keeping it maintained and up to date. They are currently paining and doing some stucco work to keep things nice and fresh. There is plenty of parking and although it gets very busy at lunchtime it's pretty easy to maneuver your way through it (just watch for pedestrians!) Rumor has it the JTA Skyway is working on plans to expand its way into the Brooklyn area (first expansion in 25+ years) and I believe this will do wonders for these local businesses when they finally are connected to Downtown & Lavilla.

Not great at communication. Difficult to speak with a Pharmacist. Had a Corporate discount card…read morefor copay on a $1,500 medication, this card would bring my copay down to $5.00. So I spoke with the Pharmacist, about this program, gave him the card, and advised him that this was not a normal discount card program, and that I would need to have this card back as I had to use the same card each year and if I changed pharmacies. After a 20 minute meeting I left, 1 week later No medicine, called, spoke with old lady, who was clueless, got nowhere. Called back the following day, was advised that due too the terrorist attack on the pharmacy coupon card system they could not get it to process but were still trying. Week 2I called back same answer. Month 1same answer. Month 2 same answer. Month 3 same answer. And now starting into month 4 and the same answer. I spoke with them again about this card not being just a plain coupon card, this was from the manufacturer, and it took two weeks of back and forth between them, me and my Doctor, and a lot of forms and financial info, before I got approved for the program and the card. The card and personally assigned id's like an insurance card, unique to me. Well while discussing this issue further with Dennis' Pharmacy Face to Face, I found out they still had not processed the card, had not received my MIGRAINE MED, which is an injectable. And also found that the pharmacist had thrown my card in the thrash, after entering the numbers into their system. So here I am 4 months later No medicine and No Card. Due Not Use Dennis' Pharmacy. Now I have to drive 35 miles away to Walmart.
