They became the leading supermarket by putting a strong emphasis on customer service. They bring the adage "the customer is always right" to new levels. Add to this fantastic BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals and that alone makes for a winning combination. Add to this the iconic subs that they make in their deli (affectionately known as Pub Subs) and they become virtually unbeatable. These subs are pretty amazing. I usually go with their Italian sub or their roast beef. Both are excellent and I guess anything you would order at their deli counter would be a winner. I must say that I would definitely recommend this particular location or any Publix, for that matter. I choose to give it five stars for their steps in making sure a visit to a Publix is always a wonderful experience. I give it five stars.

I told three people that I was to get the Pneumovax brand....even the person injecting me assured me it was. But the receipt said PREVNAR which is NOT what my doctor wanted. And their excuse? This massive, brand new grocery store has everything you need in a grocery store…read more It's got all the things you expect a grocery store to have: Fresh fruit, vegetables, poultry, fish, meat, canned goods, cleaning products, toiletries, cheese, jams, eggs, chips, milk, salsa, and much, much more. It's an actual supermarket, with all the things that come with that. Even a large prepared food section, with pizza, sushi, a hot food bar, and more. It's got lots of things you may not expect a grocery store to have: Souvenirs, sunscreen, stuffed animals, etc. It also has at least one thing you might not even expect an island grocery store to stock, whether or not you consider it to be an oxymoron: Vegan cheese. It's basically got all the things we've got at home. And just like at home, my kids will fight over everything in the store, and scream their little heads off when I don't buy them the snacks they want. I'm glad it's here.

It is a home away from home as we're warmly greeted when entering and provided a clean sanitized cart. Publix store is clean, well-organized, with great prices, Buy One Get One Free (BOGOs), large spacious aisles, plenty of competent and friendly cashiers, lots of parking, great location, and best of Associates who go out of their way to help you, the customer. Customers get the best of best quality service and product. Very much a team effort from top to bottom. A great book called A Piece of the Pie: The Story of Customer Service at Publix explains what that premier service is and how the company's associates make it happen. Wide selection of bakery items, produce, goods, etc. I love getting the sushi there as it's always fresh and they do $5 sushi Wednesdays too. My favorite sushi is the crunchy roll! I l also love their pastries and my all time favorite is the guava cream cheese one. The store has a pharmacy too (I occasionally fill my medications and get my vaccines here) and a deli. I love Publix's fried chicken and subs! My favorite sub is the holiday one (it has bacon, cranberry sauce, turkey, etc.) and it's divine! The customer service is usually really great, happy, fast, attentive, and above and beyond. However, if you go in the evenings, the customer service can be a bit rude and inattentive. There were multiple instances, where I've went between the hours of 8-8:30pm and the employees definitely acted like they did not want to be there. One time, the cashier didn't even greet me and when I politely said "thank you" to him after he rang up my items and gave my receipt, he just proceeded to ignore me and talk to his other co-worker. I've noticed that at night, some of the employees like to hang around and gossip. Only reason I'm knocking off one star. If you go throughout the day though, everything is great! Plenty of parking available. It's located in a small shopping center. I love how conveniently close it is to our house, but I will say, prices are pricier than other grocery chains like Aldi or Walmart. I would say Publix prices are on par with Target. But they do BOGO deals often here.

It's so much to get into at that store plants, groceries, fast food, skincare, and so much more. The day I went there were a lot of people, but not overwhelming. Plenty of space to get around and check things out. It definitely had some very unique items that I wanted to try, but the real show had to be my philodendrons that I got. I'm am obsessed with the two white wizard's philodendrons. They look lovely in my home.
