Then, after the three of us had a lengthy conversation about traffic on Hwy 19, Lisa reached into the cash register and handed me $40. She made it seem like she was doing me a favor by paying me $40 for at least 23 items!! Last Spring, I took about 12 items in and she paid me $45 When I browsed through the shop, I saw one blouse with a $29 price tag on it. I wish I had kept my items and donated them to my church thrift store. I will not go back, and I do not recommend the resale shop to anyone.

Full disclosure, I did comparison shopping but when I walked into RYW and met Cat and her husband Carl (and the dogs and the little one) and their sample room I knew I would find what I was looking for. I'll admit, I can be picky about what I want and how work is managed and ultimately finished, but it was a complete joy to work with Cat and her crew. What I truly appreciated was their vast knowledge of the different granite, quartz, laminate, tiles and speciality offerings and the pros and cons of each. I walked away with two samples of what I thought I wanted and confident in my eventual choice. Make no mistake, selecting quartz comes with a sticker shock but Cat had lots of colors and finishes to select from for my budget and all were less than the big box shops. Additionally, her measuring team takes their time measuring and then cutting templates, on site, to ensure a perfect fit. When it came time to lay the tops down, they again brought their same craftsmanship and attention to detail. The quartz countertop I purchased was the crown in my kitchen renovation and thank you, Rock Your World, Inc. for doing so.

Our home was being rented and the under counter sink fell through the granite and was "repaired" by Rock Your World in January of 2025. Well, we returned to the home in May and while washing dishes the sink fell through again! My wife called several times and Carl was extremely disrespectful and we have yet to receive a call back to discuss the repair. We finally gave up and called a highly recommended countertop company and they couldn't believe what they saw. Wooden shims and latex caulk! See pictures for proof! The repair was complete with four metal brackets that should have been used the first time! We decided to go over and see what they had. Darrell Vidas, the Store Manager, was extremely helpful in deciding what mattress we should be looking for. We tested a few and when he saw us laying sideways, he said we'd be better with a pillow top. We ended up purchasing the pillow top along with an adjustable frame. The Delivery gentlemen were extremely courteous and acted very professional. They took away our mattress, as well as our old box spring and set up our new bed very quickly. It took us a few nights to settle in as to what pitch we wanted our head at. Once we had that figured out, we've had nothing but restful nights of sleep. She helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for, and she seemed to know right where everything was. She has a great personality. She was funny and she made us feel like we were part of the TJ Maxx family. She was so awesome that I decided to sign up for a credit card. That's good at not only TJ Maxx, Marshalls and HomeGoods and I'm very pleased because I got a nice little discount. And come to find out on Mondays if you're a senior, you can get a 10% discount on anything you buy in the store. Jeanette was very knowledgeable and next time I go back, I will be looking for her to assist me because she's just a nice person and it's hard to find nice sales people in stores that you go to.
