Upon arriving, Tom completely ignore us and pawned us off onto another salesperson, his brother, who helped us for about five minutes before just walking away. Disgusting to treat customers this way. Thankfully, Travis came over and helped us with EVERY THING we needed! Travis alone would be the reason we would go back to ProSource and we would request to work with him and not Tom or his brother. Hopefully this review makes it way to someone there who can give Travis the recognition he deserves! They gave us Travis' and Tom's business card but we threw Tom's away as soon as we left.
