I was looking at dinette sets and they had wood tabletops, glass, and white laminate. Probably 40 styles of dinettes. This shop takes up almost an entire strip mall. And I wouldn't have guessed there would be such lovely, beachy furniture inside because the outside is neon orange and green! LOL. Anyhow, I enjoyed looking here and definitely got inspired. But after you pay and get your furnature they don't seem to give a s_hit. -Our last purchase included a Italian couch & love seat and with what we paid for it having it sag on one side and a large gap in the middle of seat when reclining. We don't even sit on it hoping to get someone to look at it-still waiting. -I've been very polite and understanding through this just trying to get it looked at and fixed. I've called and spoke a few store associates and Dennis. I send pictures of the problem, left messages, and took my valuable time and gas to travel back to the store twice in hopes to get this fixed. Oddly, the store associates seem to know what is wrong with it that may or may not be hard to fix. -We have been told numerous times that Dennis was coming 3 different days and never showed up or called us. Dennis also spoke me on the phone and in person-only because I showed up at store and he was there and promise to come over 2 separate times and never did. -So finally, being so upset with him and the store with being lied to, I sent 3 separate text wanting them to please see our side and said "how would he feel if this happened to him"? We requested him to pick up the loveseat for a full refund knowing we were not getting it fixed. He still hasn't gotten back to us. -We are extremely upset and frustrated with him having an important role with this company and treating his customers this way was so unacceptable.

I did appreciate the store's layout which allows the customers to move around freely without all the clutter - the name "Junk" is deceiving this is a nice clean shop that is very well organized. Consumer beware!!…read more I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Tropical Paver Sealing LLC. What started as a straightforward project quickly turned into a frustrating experience marked by delays, poor communication, and a lack of professionalism. The estimator came to my home to measure the project, which included sealing my pool deck and stripping/sealing my driveway pavers, walkway, and porch. During the visit, I was told the company was offering a 20% spring sale discount. I also asked whether they offered a military discount and was told they did -- an additional 10%. The estimator stated I would receive the estimate that same day or by the following day. Instead, it took three days to arrive. When I finally received the estimate, the 20% promotional discount had been applied, but the military discount was not included. Since the estimator had already confirmed that military discounts were offered, I accepted the estimate less the additional 10% discount and asked about scheduling the work. After that, several days passed with no response. I then reached out by phone and text with a few reasonable questions before moving forward. I requested proof of insurance, including issuance of a Certificate of Insurance (COI), and asked what precautions would be taken to prevent potential runoff and/or overspray from the sealer onto exterior walls and windows due to windy conditions, as well as runoff / overspray into my pool that could enter and flow into the skimmer causing damage to internal piping cartridge etc. These are standard concerns any homeowner should be able to discuss before work begins. Three days later, instead of answering my questions or addressing my concerns, the company abruptly decided not to move forward with the project. No meaningful explanation was provided. Because of this last-minute decision, I lost an entire week that could have been spent finding and scheduling another contractor. If the company had no intention of taking on the project, that should have been communicated upfront instead of wasting a customer's time. Homeowners rely on contractors to be responsive, transparent, and professional. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Requesting proof of insurance is a completely reasonable step before allowing work to be performed on your property. In Florida, contractors should generally carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance, or provide a valid exemption where applicable. These protections are important for both the homeowner and the workers involved. Based on how this situation was handled, I would strongly encourage others to do their due diligence before hiring this company. I expected professionalism and basic courtesy, but unfortunately received neither. Dave Wilder

All tree follage had concrete residue on them. My suggestion would be when signing that contract you specially address all clean up procedures and any damage that will occur. Due to the way my windows are constructed they actually declined my $40K job. I don't know many local companies that have that kind of integrity or honesty, most will simply take your money and make excuses for the resulting bad results. My windows are not standard and replacing them not easy, costs would have been prohibitive and full of issues, rather than lead me on like so many shady window companies out there would do, they were honest in their dealing with me.
