So I asked if one of them could possibly help me get my ordered photo (they keep all ordered printed photos in a basket, that's in a locked cabinet, behind the electronics desk), he proceeds to just start walking towards the electronics desk, so I assume he's about to help me. NOPE! He walks right past the desk into the back room, without ever saying a word to me. It was so freakin bizarre... so then I proceed to try and ask any passing employee I see for help, and they all claim they're "going to get someone." But after waiting all in all 45 min, no one came to me without me having to try and track them down first. All I wanted was my ordered photo, it just would've taken 5 seconds for an employee to grab for me! So freaking frustrating!

I plan my grocery shopping around this because if I go somewhere and pay money, and there is a courtesy bathroom, I will go out of my way to shop there. Tonight, I passed Target so I could be closer to work, grocery shop, use the bathroom, and wait there to be out of the snow until my overnight shift would start. When I arrived, the main store entrance was barricaded, I had to use the side entry. Then, I went through the hallway towards the bathroom, which was barricaded by Cafe chairs. I left and heard the customer service staff snickering. Waste of time!!!!! The website says they are open until midnight. I walked in there at 8:30 PM... Step up your game, King Soopers. Come on, what if I had brought my kids in there and we needed the bathroom? Would you come out and tear down your barricade? I also deliver groceries for them in the morning, and staff have low morale, complaining that I need help from the automated checkpoints in the self check out when there is no designated cashier to go to. This kings is pathetic. Save yourself the hassle and just go to Target and the gas station!
