We continued to press the service button which was on and glowing. A lady comes over and immediately is extremely rude to my mom, before we could even get a word in the worker said:" just to let you know, when these are blocked off we don't want anyone in there.". She also added that they were "to understaffed to man the fitting room" to which my mother politely replied with "I don't understand how you guys expect to sell clothing, when people can't try it on." The worker then says in again a VERY rude tone " we have a 30 day return policy. You can buy and then bring it back." To which neither of us replied and I followed her back into the fitting rooms. And as I was trying on clothes the worker sat there and complained about her job to my mother who did not say anything to begin a conversation. All in all service is terrible, I understand the pay is not good but have some decorum. DO NOT SHOP HERE if you wanna buy clothes.

I didn't like a shelf so close to the floor, because I wanted to be able to clean under it, with ease. I also wanted the shelf to be 14" below the drawers, so that my CPAP machine could reach my bed. When it was delivered, those instructions were on the bill, and yet, they still didn't adhere to instructions. They did not communicate with me, unless I called and called. I paid nearly $600 for this sofa table, so I expected to get what I ordered. I was so tired of hassling with them, that I chose to keep the piece, rather than wait another 3 months. I will not shop at The Granary again.

This market is newer (still, been here for decades, I think.) Plenty of parking. Open reasonable hours (till 7 most days.) Good produce, good butcher, good bakery. Lots of interesting dry goods, much of it local and/or Amish. And, of course, their famous canned meats. Turkey, chicken, pork, beef. Low salt versions. Big cans and little ones. They'll last for years, so stock some in the cupboard, or your tornado box, or your bomb shelter. They'll can your meat, too (deer, etc.) Friendly service. Prices are pretty high, but it's quality stuff, and a lot of it you won't find anywhere else. I saw pickled quail eggs; never seen those before. Huge gummi butterflies that Baby K loves. And Hires root beer- I haven't seen that in a store in 20 years.

My last visit which was a couple days ago I was screamed at to leave because I very loudly asked why a worker could use the women's restroom but it was closed to the public. I am disabled with both kidney and bladder issues and I observed a worker going into the women's restroom. I heard her flush the toilet and wash her hands . So yes I ignored the sign and I myself went in and used the restroom myself. I observed absolutely NOTHING wrong with the toilet nor the sink . Although the restroom was disgustingly dirty as if it has had continuous use without any cleaning. The hand towels were over flowing from the trash onto the floor . The floors were dirty and unmoved. Upon coming out I was verbally attacked by not 1 but 3 goodwill workers . 1 being an assistant manager ( Carrie Jeffrey who has time and time again proved herself to be rude not only to myself but I've also been told by previous employees who worked there . She told me she didn't have to tell me a reason I can't use the restroom . Demanding that I leave because an elderly woman not dressed as a worker started talking rudely to me as well and i told her that I have nothing to say to her that she needed to go on and asked who she was anyways and she said she worked there. I told her he rudeness no matter her age is why most elderly people get hurt and use their age to cry elder abuse and then the actual worker who used the toilet was yelling at me too. This store always has rude workers that can't be compassionate or understanding and that I thought was Goodwill was about. Then here comes Carrie Jeffrey again SCREAMING through the store telling me again not to talk to her employees and to leave the store. Yes I said curse .yes I was pissed .yes I acted like a mad woman because I was. All because I pissed In a WORKING toilet that workers were using and was rudely attacked. I was even followed out to the parking lot by Carrie Jeffrey . She was telling me she was going to call the cops if I didn't leave . Sad thing is there was also another elderly woman who was there who needed to use the toilet . She was a plain clothes worker .She told me although the other workers were allowed to use the toilet they forced her to go to McDonald's up the parking lot .She said she has bladder problems and she was made to hold hers for 3 hours . She stopped me in the parking lot to tell me . The big OWNER of Goodwill only donates a small percentage of money to charities off of donations. I NEVER donate anything to Goodwill ever. I take my stuff to the Lutheran atleast they feed the hungry and clothe the poor . Goodwill is a joke . They google stuff and put what price it's going for on ebay to make the fat man RICHER. STOP DONATING . STOP SHOPPING . GO TO LUTHERAN STORE IN BELLEFONTAINE. I called Tim again too. He said supposedly they have had 3 plumbers there. And it's NOT the WOMENS restroom it's the men's. I told him if they don't want public restrooms for the public to build a wall . He said that those restrooms are the same that the employees use as well so .
