That thought is very easy to have because my experience has been great at all Publix stores, and they are branching out further north. I personally think they have better customer service than Wegmans and definitely have better fried chicken (Mardi Gras wings) and sandwiches than many grocery stores. What I like is their commitment to cleanliness and consistency across their chain. It reminds me of HEB in that you do not see employees just standing around. The people who work there are always busy but never so busy that they do not take the time to ask if you need help. There is no issue of trying to pretend they do not see customers or an issue of constantly on their phones.

Red bull boxes were all over the store floor and when I went to go purchase them it said item could not be scanned... so the register associate came to help and looked at me like I was a Karen if there was anything we could do to fix this so I could buy the redbulls he said no. So I said well can I take them to customer service? He then proceeded to roll his eyes and say if you want to. So I go to customer service already not happy.
