    I love this stemware and glad I have found it again in stores since Bed Bath and Beyond closed.

    First time going to the store and it was not quite what I was expecting. I thought it was going to be a little larger. They sell everything you can think of. Prices are comparable to other stores. Staff were very friendly and walked around asking customers if they could help with anything.

    Order a bedroom set first had to be order be here 2weeks later after purchase. Ok the bed shows up…read moreno rails there on back order. What so now I got to wait til 23 to get rails no telling when dresser be here. Just really bad service. I know the virus but lord we supposed to sleep on the floor???? Just saying.

    Bought a dining room table here on July 30th 2019. Upon delivery we were told they were missing one…read moreof our chairs. It took several weeks to get the chair. After the chair was delivered we had problems with the chair wobbling, and we also discovered that one of the leafs to the table was defective and would not lock into place under the table like it was supposed to. They sent someone out to fix the chair and we showed him the leaf. He told us he wrote "defective, customer not satisfied." On our paperwork. He the told us someone from the store would contact us. A week or two later the store called and told us to come in to pick a different table. When we got their our sales person told us that the table was now being made by a new manufacturer and was better designed. After looking a the new version and discussing it my wife and I decided to exchange the table kind for kind. When we were doing the paper work for the exchange we were told that the price of the table had gone up since we bought it on sale and we would have to pay a difference of 100 some dollars. Ours sales person even seemed to feel uncomfortable about us having to pay but her managers told her that's what we would have to do if we wanted to exchange the table. I didn't really see how it was our problem that we received a defective table. I didn't feel it was a fair business practice to make a customer that received a defective product pay more to exchange it. We talked about it and asked if we could just return the table and get a refund. Our salesperson called the manager who told her that we could not because they have a 10 day return policy and after that 10 days you own it. Our salesperson then, trying to be helpful, told us to come back on Tuesday because the table would be on sale again. We left, and I was pretty irritated. I pulled up badcock a return policy on my phone and found that their return policy very specifically says if an item is defective you can return it for a full refund up to 364 days after purchasing it. We called customer service and explained what was going on. The customer service representative told my wife that a leaf not locking into place did not qualify as a defect. My wife then asked, "if a leaf not locking into place isn't a defect even after an employee at your business called it just that, then what is considered a defect?" The lady said she couldn't tell us. I have now filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. We will never again do any business with this company and I have advised all my friends and family to avoid them as well. Don't left this company make you one of their next victims. I'll amend this review to say that Stacy was our sales rep at this store and was and has been great to seal with. I have no problem with her. It is management and corporate that is the problem. I hope Stacy can eventually sale furniture at a store that has better business practices.
