The very kind and professional people of Three Oaks Florist answered my email over the weekend and made sure that our flowers arrived on time for my uncle's service. I specifically requested a "colorful and pretty" arrangement. The (curt) man on the phone seemed to be "put out" by my calling later in the day and when I asked if this is something he could accommodate he tells me "I have flowers..." I should have known...I should have asked for a picture of what he would send. He asked me my price range and I stated "about $65-75." The final tally was $88 - which is fine, if this wasn't the arrangement! I am so very disappointed. I requested a partial refund and this is the response that I got... "Your arrangement has 3 yellow sunflowers , 3 hot pink alstromeria,  5 stems white daisies, and multiple stems of genestra with assorted greens. Your arrangement was 65.00 and delivery and tax totaled the 88.00" This arrangement looks cheap and is certainly NOT colorful and pretty. I simply wanted a partial refund and after that response I now had to write a review.
