Stopping what she was doing just to help me. Finally, the cashier Amanda, went above and beyond to put rubber bands around my cakes, double bagged the heavier groceries then used a Wegman's Card that would save me money. I had an extremely concerning experience with this Walmart Pharmacy. I arrived at approximately…read more6:42 PM, before the posted 7:00 PM closing time, seeking prescribed pain medication (not a controlled medication) for an acute jaw injury with significant pain and swelling. When pharmacy staff stated that the prescribed strength was unavailable, I immediately contacted my physician from the pharmacy. My physician changed the strength and electronically transmitted a replacement prescription. Pharmacist Jadore Douglas then stated that there was a date-of-birth discrepancy. My physician remained immediately available to clarify or correct it. My sister and I waited because we believed the prescription was being addressed. Instead, the pharmacy window was closed while we were still standing there. Jadore (horrible pharmacist) and the pharmacy staff giggled as they closed the window and left us standing there waiting for a prescription we believed was being filled. No one resolved the issue with my available physician, and I left without the prescribed pain medication. I remained in significant pain throughout the night and was unable to sleep. The following day, I called specifically asking to speak with the pharmacist. During the first call, I was told that I had been banned from the pharmacy, and the call was terminated. I called back through the main store number and spoke with Jadore Douglas (although she said the pharmacist was busy). I was told that the ban was for "harassment," which I unequivocally dispute. When I stated that I intended to report the incident to the Virginia Board of Pharmacy, I was told, "We don't care." I have a recording of that conversation. Despite repeated attempts to reach pharmacy management through and promises of a return call (from the store managers), I have never received a call from the pharmacy manager Jennifer Kim-regarding this incident. I have filed a formal complaint with Walmart Ethics and am pursuing the matter through the appropriate pharmacy regulatory channels. This experience raises serious concerns for me regarding patient treatment, pharmacist oversight, prescription handling, and what happens when a patient attempts to escalate a legitimate pharmacy concern. The pharmacy staff took over a Walmart Pharmacy. Come on Walmart I know you can do better than have staff that really don't want to work.

I love taking the Nordic Naturals D3 gummies but couldn't find the 5,000 IU except for here in-person. I have bad D deficiency so this was god send for me. Same with finding good low odor white chia seeds. I just wish they placed them near the grains and legumes instead of nuts and seeds. I had a hard time finding them when I visited the store. The deli/meat counter customer service was helpful and efficient. Produce department was organized and everything looked fresh and ripe. Looking forward to revisiting again in the future.
