I don't know what has gone wrong in his life that he has to be this bitter and disgusting but you guys need to find a new role for him that does not involve customer service. I simply wanted to get a price change due to a different Walmart location having an item at $25 that this location has at $28, a $3 difference! He proceeded to cut me off mid conversation and was escalating the situation rather than just being a nice human being. He looks like he probably doesn't get any constructive feedback so I implore you to have a sit down with him and explain to him how to actually interact with customers. Absolutely unacceptable!!

I have the furniture but the billing was never resolved despite several emails back and forth. It is now the end of December 2023. Issue is still not resolved. You cannot reach anyone except for their customer care center representatives who respond robotically to your issue. Sending you back to email. This is the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with in my 55 years as a consumer. Absolutely if you are going to purchase from them be sure to do it at a store. Awful, stressful and a full-time job trying to get my issue resolved! In addition, the couch is defective and needs repair, I have been back and forth email still issue not resolved!! I just called Bob's furniture with an issue on a cabinet I purchased, they will have a technician here in 2 days. I hope nobody has to experience the frustration I have had with this company.
