Also, the woman monitoring the fitting room was nearby working on some shelves but when I walked up she popped right over to get me a number so I could try on my clothes. again, she wasn't just standing around. I spoke to the manager for a minute and I could tell that she is excited about improvements at the store and trying to make it the it the best it can be. Happy to shop there!

Megan was busy restocking when I spoke with her and she put down what she was doing and helped my mother and I for a good 20 minutes. Megan pulled out various styles and sizes and asked questions to help us find what my mother needed. My mother had a stroke several years ago so with limited mobility and eyesight, it is not easy to shop for clothes. Megan was polite, patient and proactive in anticipating what we were trying achieve and to do it in a timely manner. After selecting three very comfortable and fashionable shorts, we move on to the checkout where Natalie was super helpful in getting me signed up for a Marshall's card and swiftly through the process. When I spoke with Megan and Natalie's manager Nani, to tell her about their kind service, I could see they were led by someone who models good customer service as she was very nice as well. Marshall's has always been a favorite of my mother's due to the value and prices. Today they get excellent marks for customer service!

Honestly, how many brands of cereal do you need? Or cake mix etc?? Aldi's offers one. On occasion you will find a name brand item, like Special K cereal bars etc... but this is few and far between. Make sure you check out their imitation "Doritos", they are $1.19 and extremely comparable to the real deal. I'm not joking, check them out! As for this location, I am not a big fan. The parking lot is long and has some narrow spots. Also, makes for returning a cart a long walk to the only cross walk with dip in the curb to take the cart up. Also, trying to turn left by Nick's deli and the gas station is dangerous. You might want to use the Chili ave light by Tim Horton's. Makes for a longer wait and few extra stops, but, far safer.

Yes, we all appreciate the people that show up to work but even when their staff do show up it's typically a 3 ring circus with no ringmaster with the exception of a few good staff. Since the pandemic we have learned to accept laziness or just plain showing up as a good quality in a worker and this is the result. The store manager was well aware his pharmacist had a scheduled day off but chose to be lazy and not find a pharmacist to cover from a different store because it didn't directly impact him. Yesterday, after I worked sick all day and went to get my antibiotics at 5pm I learned the pharmacy was closed by a sign on the window. I attempted to have my script pulled from the system so another Walgreens could fill it however due to not one single person being available to actually type it into the system it could not be transferred. Sure hope the manager is able to ensure the community has access to their prescriptions and other necessary medications today. I feel awful for all the other parents and people that experienced this also when going to pick up meds for sick children or elderly parents at home. Clearly this should be no stars but that is not an option.

I walked into the pet wash, there was dog hair everywhere. The dirty laundry hamper is overflowing and both tubs were filthy. Soap bubbles still lingering in them and full of fur. I returned to the counter to ask the associate if the pet wash room could have a little tidying and disinfecting. He replied, " well that's going to take about an hour! If you want it properly cleaned!" I responded and said yes, indeed. That is why the pet wash is tended to in between each pet wash. It is not something that waits til the end of the night. I politely set my shampoo and conditioner for the dog down and walked out! Disgusted.
