The man who helped answer our questions was promoting the most expensive bed frames claiming they were "great quality". We purchased a frame from the very back of the shop that was the display, regardless there was no discount. The frame was actually extremely poor quality and wobbly, which I didn't find safe for my daughter. It also had an excessive amount of scratches and dents on it, probably from being carelessly handled by the yokels shoving it in my vehicle. There was also splashes of paint other than the color the frame was. I went back the next day attempting to return it. The man said it was not returnable because it was a "close out", probably since it was the display. Overall this store is overpriced and unreliable, I would highly recommend staying away.

The contents of the stores are the same as you'd find anywhere, but the atmosphere is unappealing and a little despondent. Out of all the Premium Outlets I've visited this one has probably been the most meh. The various store employees were mixed. There were some that were helpful, and other that sort of helped begrudgingly like they were doing you a favor. The upsides are that there is a lot of parking available, you're probably not going to have to deal with lines, and the stores all seemed well-stocked. The Shake Shack is not in the outlet mall, it's on the other side of the highway.

I came in today with items the worker had just described to me as needed (including Lulu Lemon, Urban Outfitters, and other "on trend" brands). They took 3 men's shirts that my boyfriend destroyed. I honestly was thinking those would be passed on. The other 4 bags worth of clothes I was told were "too worn" or "not what they're looking for". After leaving, I noticed my clothes were still folded the way I had before bringing them in. Not to mention they mixed up my bags with my mother's bags and told me that "ya that happens".
