Loyal National Customer, Let Down in Spokane…read more I hate writing this one. I'm an Emerald Club Executive member who travels roughly two weeks a month, and National has earned my loyalty over a lot of trips. That's exactly why this Spokane experience stung. There's no Emerald Lot "pick your car and go" option here. Not a dealbreaker on its own, but that flexibility is a big part of why I choose National. So I went to the desk, got checked in, and was told there were no cars available. I'd have to wait for the manager to call my name. Thirty-five minutes. While I waited, I watched other customers get called, get offered vehicles, and hear the manager, Tony, apologize and offer upgrades. When my name finally came up, I was offered a full-size sedan. I asked about a larger SUV, something I'm used to as an Executive member, and was told I'd booked a mid-size and would be charged more for the upgrade. I explained that hadn't been my experience elsewhere. The response was that the desk gets charged for the different class. I never have been. What bothered me most wasn't the car. It was watching that same accommodation extended to everyone ahead of me and not to me. The delay also made me late to a scheduled meeting. For a loyal customer with choices, that's poor form. Credit where it's due: Tony handled a genuinely unruly, belligerent customer with real composure and defused the situation well. That part was impressive. National, I want to keep choosing you. Spokane, so better.

He was so cool and worked with us on our rental. He is former military so I'm sure a little chinky-eyed trash talker is nothing to him. Ha ha. He was determined to get us a 4WD car even though our booking was for the smallest, cheapest option. He offered us the upgrade, but when I told him it was just too far out of our price range since we were planning to purchase their insurance, he upgraded us for free. When I told him the upgrade price on top of the added insurance was just too much for us, he understood but was determined to get us a better car since snow was expected throughout the week. There is nothing he could have done to make the experience any better. Talk to Marc when renting here....especially if you're a fan of Dallas.

DO NOT RENT FROM KWI PROPERTIES…read more... This is how they finally after 3 days with no water "fixed the issue. (Our rental house is 5 minutes from there office.) [First day after reporting no water through a maintenance report and text to owner and message left with after hours emergency person; we had to go to there office because we had not heard back from them.] We were told they were working on getting a plumber. Second day we had to go to there office again because we had not heard from them or a plumber. We were told that they were not sending a plumber as they "assumed" it was our underground pipes frozen and we had to just wait until the ground dethaws which could be weeks or months. I called and left message to be put up in a hotel at this point. (They closed early that day due to snow and never responded) Next day The owner responded with a text stating it was our Renters Insurance responsibility to get us a hotel. Later that day another text from owner around 4pm asking me to repond by 4:30pm when they closed and that they had contacted the previous renters and when they experienced this same issue they put a space heater in the pump house and ran it all winter so she needed to know if we wanted them to drop off a space heater and extension cord by 4:30 for us to hook up. And that my fiancé was told this yesterday at the office...which was a LIE! I responded at 4:15 when I finally got out of surgery at work. I told her to have someone come out and hook up the space heater as I was at work and my fiancé was sleeping as he had been out all night working doing snow removal with no hot shower for 3 days now. And to make sure to bring a long extension cord to run around the fence as we have dogs and they will chew the cord. She responded back at 4:31pm stating it was now after hours and we had to wait until the morning for someone to come out, but they would also bring us some bottled water. The next day at 12:15pm (for the first time in 3 days) they finally sent sent some young "maintenance guy" in a little car and he put a space heater in the pump house set on full blast, ran an extension cord through our dog yard (so our dogs can chew it), wrapped some insulation around the well pipe in the dog yard and threw a Home Depot bucket over it (leaving the insulation exposed so our dogs can chew it), and put insulation on only one wall of the pump house. They told us we needed to watch our dogs every time we let them out so they don't chew it. It took 4 hours before we had water. So if they had just come out 3 days ago we could have had water

Let me say the service that I got was far more than I expected. This father-son team took me in and took care of me when I needed it done. They gave me a beautiful Harley-Davidson for a great price. They are pretty small as of September 2017, but I fully expect these guys to have a full-fledged motorcycle rental shop soon enough. If they stick to their values that they held when they rented to me, I fully believe they will make it to the top. Thank you Endless Summer motorcycle rentals! I highly recommend this family-owned local business to anybody that wants to rent a motorcycle. Keep it up Endless Summer motorcycle rentals, you did a great job.
