My Hubby is all about mileage, and we can't help but get low mileage vehicles here because of their frequent turnover to new cars. Our latest purchase was for our college daughter. She drove a few different models, but when she came out of the Chevy Cruze sedan she was beaming! We knew that was the one. Dave has been our sales rep for our last three purchases and he is great. He's a very gentle soul, never tries to upsell us, and makes sure the vehicle is in show-room state before it leaves the lot. His partner Dale is a good guy too, so you can't go wrong with either gentlemen to help you find the right car. A lot of people might think buying a used rental is a bad idea, but we have never had one issue with any of the four cars we've gotten here over the last 15 years.

I did a long term rental for 4 months and paid for my rental weekly always making sure that the transactions authorized. well yesterday I returned my rental and they charged me an extra $1500 not for damages or anything just told me that was the total cost and couldn't explain any further why I was double charged when I paid weekly. I was told I would be contacted by their accounting team and if I get resolution I will alter my review accordingly but this is still completely inconvenient and should not happen.

Unbeknownst to her, her son was also securing a ride from friends. Al was courteous on making the early morning pickup arrangements and he was very understanding when my gf had to cancel with him. I went there to talk to him today and he was no longer there, Mike and manager Derek believed that 26 days were a month. Derek was rude to my wife who is a kind sweet woman. He was determined to get us a 4WD car even though our booking was for the smallest, cheapest option. He offered us the upgrade, but when I told him it was just too far out of our price range since we were planning to purchase their insurance, he upgraded us for free. When I told him the upgrade price on top of the added insurance was just too much for us, he understood but was determined to get us a better car since snow was expected throughout the week. No cars to be had. The lot was EMPTY. I get it - it's Labor Day weekend. It's busy. It's the classic Seinfeld episode. Would have appreciated a call letting me know that the reservation could not be upheld. A waste of my time and now I have to figure out another rental. Will not return to this location.
