We left deciding we'd go with a different place next time. Due to the lack of direction both with maps and how to wash the UTV after etc. We really wanted to see Cody, wy. From the off beaten path. But if you get lost in the summer you'll run into a lot of oil rigs and dried up lakes. Definitely needs a paper back map, signal on their iPads are not effective enough for the area. Also wanna note during covid-19, I saw no sanitizing going on, not to say they don't. But my kids just grabbed a helmet off the tack wall. They had no signs posted on precautions their taking during this time. Just a lot of hit and misses.

Our third trip we received two different stories one was she showed up but nobody was there which was a fabrication we text back and they then said she seen us walking down the road and figured we didn't need a ride??? Well, also a fabrication ! We were at a tourist location and the gentleman at that location was kind enough to give a ride back to our camp ground! This is family owned and I wish them all the best but honest communication and not having someone who is not capable of doing her job and being honest should be removed from dealing with your customers !
