I had a scheduled pickup time of 4:00am which I looked out of my upstairs window to wave at the driver at 4:07am to let him know I was aware he was there and I was on my way downstairs to leave. When I got out of my front door it was 4:08am and the driver was already gone. I was advised by several drivers that clients are allowed up to 15 minutes after the pickup time to be in the vehicle. Not only was I left by my driver, my driver never contacted me the day before to confirm I would be picked up and by who would be my driver. According to Mathew, the supervisor of this company, that this driver was on a tight schedule and was needing to be in Santa Fe, New Mexico after my scheduled trip. I would have accommodated the driver's need to adhere to a "tight" schedule" if I was actually notified as required by the driver prior to a scheduled trip which was for a medical necessity that I was supposed have received my medication upon my visit. Not only was I not provided a ride to accommodate me to make it to the medical clinic for my medication, I did not even receive any type of apology for this issue that was not resolved. Then Mathew told me that I need to call my insurance company to have my insurance accommodate my trip to get the medical clinic for my medication, which the insurance company actually tried their best to find another ride service provider, but without enough time to drive myself was I notified that they insurance company wouldn't be able to accommodate my newly scheduled trip they anticipated for me to receive another ride service provider with the notice provided and the time I was required to make before the clinic would be closed. I am ver disappointed of this treatment after being a loyal client to this company, which has made made well over $10,000 from just me being a regular client of this shuttle service provider. So, if you are looking for a company that cares do not rely on this company or Mathew to care about you as a client or living up to their motto.

Got picked up from the airport and taken directly across the border to my hotel in Juarez, MX. I am glad I decided to go with their service after I read all the reviews on yelp, tripadvisor, facebook, and google search. I had never crossed the border from El Paso to Juarez, Mexico. So I was unsure what the process was like. I called AndaleRide and had the pleasure of speaking with Joe. He was very knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. I had to cross over the border and meet up with my wife at the U.S. Consulate in Cuiadad Juarez Mexico. I had many questions regarding safety and procedures. Joe addressed my concerns and was extremely helpful. I used their app to make a reservations for the trip to Juarez and the returning trip back into the U.S. Making the reservation on their app was pretty easy and straight forward. On their app you can even give them your flight number so they can track your flight and make accommodations for you. They send you a text with your driver's name and vehicle information so you can find the driver right out of the airport. On the day of my arrival at the El Paso airport their driver Lucy Gonzalez picked me up right on time!! She was very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. I had not eaten that day so she helped stop by a restaurant so I can pick up some food. She then drove across the border and dropped me off at my hotel in Juarez. Lucy was very knowledgeable about the El Paso/Juarez area and border crossing. The whole experiences was great. I felt very safe the whole time. If you can, I would recommend you request her as your driver but I think any of the drivers AndaleRide employs would be the same because they fully vet their drivers. For my return trip I also got a text from Lucy before pick up at my hotel. I had the same great experience going back across the border to the El Paso Airport with an added priceless moment that couldn't have happened without Lucy's help. On the returning trip Lucy was extremely kind to grant what may have seemed like a silly request for 2 fillet-o-fish sandwiches for my father in law. My father in law used to live in the U.S. but has since returned to Mexico. He was also in Juarez just to accompany my wife. In Mexico their McDonalds don't have Fillet-o-fish sandwiches so he hasn't had one in over 15 years. When we asked Lucy for her help she was like "no prob, will do". She showed up with the fillet-o-fish and my father in law just had the biggest smile on his face. We were so fortunate to have her as my return driver and very grateful for her kind gesture. It was a simple act but made a HUGE impression on us. This made our experience with AndaleRide a very special one. But considering the events below, I will likely not be using this service again. I prepaid for a one way shuttle. When the driver got there he said that I had not paid. I talked with the manager 2 days later when he was in. He found my 1st payment easily, but not the 2nd (repayment). He said he'd reimburse the second payment "if" he found the proof of it. I told him I had a receipt, but he didn't ask for it, and did not seem to interested in the proof I could offer, like my credit card statement showing the all of the charges. He just didn't seem concerned at all that they had double charged me. Yes, mistakes happen, but this company was rude about it and unapologetic, even at the management level.
