All I can say is this service is EXPENSIVE. They quoted me $75 to go to the airport. Uber charged me $25. And Andale Ride had no one I could reach on the phone, just online. Got picked up from the airport and taken directly across the border to my hotel in Juarez, MX. I am glad I decided to go with their service after I read all the reviews on yelp, tripadvisor, facebook, and google search. I had never crossed the border from El Paso to Juarez, Mexico. So I was unsure what the process was like. I called AndaleRide and had the pleasure of speaking with Joe. He was very knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. I had to cross over the border and meet up with my wife at the U.S. Consulate in Cuiadad Juarez Mexico. I had many questions regarding safety and procedures. Joe addressed my concerns and was extremely helpful. I used their app to make a reservations for the trip to Juarez and the returning trip back into the U.S. Making the reservation on their app was pretty easy and straight forward. On their app you can even give them your flight number so they can track your flight and make accommodations for you. They send you a text with your driver's name and vehicle information so you can find the driver right out of the airport. On the day of my arrival at the El Paso airport their driver Lucy Gonzalez picked me up right on time!! She was very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. I had not eaten that day so she helped stop by a restaurant so I can pick up some food. She then drove across the border and dropped me off at my hotel in Juarez. Lucy was very knowledgeable about the El Paso/Juarez area and border crossing. The whole experiences was great. I felt very safe the whole time. If you can, I would recommend you request her as your driver but I think any of the drivers AndaleRide employs would be the same because they fully vet their drivers. For my return trip I also got a text from Lucy before pick up at my hotel. I had the same great experience going back across the border to the El Paso Airport with an added priceless moment that couldn't have happened without Lucy's help. On the returning trip Lucy was extremely kind to grant what may have seemed like a silly request for 2 fillet-o-fish sandwiches for my father in law. My father in law used to live in the U.S. but has since returned to Mexico. He was also in Juarez just to accompany my wife. In Mexico their McDonalds don't have Fillet-o-fish sandwiches so he hasn't had one in over 15 years. When we asked Lucy for her help she was like "no prob, will do". She showed up with the fillet-o-fish and my father in law just had the biggest smile on his face. We were so fortunate to have her as my return driver and very grateful for her kind gesture. It was a simple act but made a HUGE impression on us. This made our experience with AndaleRide a very special one. My husband requested transportation from the train depot to an auto shop to pick up our vehicle. The driver was prompt and did a phenomenal job safely getting my husband where he needed to be. The price for transportation was a little high, but considering the price of gas right now, it's understandable. read more

Fantastic! I called many cab companies before going with Andale and I made the right choice. I live in El Paso Texas, and had to take a very early flight out of Juarez Mexico airport (40 min ride approximately). The whole online scheduling process was very easy. Blanca (my driver) arrived 5 minutes earlier and called to let me know she had arrived. Given that this was at 3 am and that I'm a woman, it gave me peace of mind to have another woman driving. She drove me over the US-Mexico border and waited for me as I did immigration on the Mexican side. She was very polite and made the whole trip very pleasant. In comparison, an Uber wouldn't cross the border and I didn't want to end up without a ride at 3 am and other cab services were asking for higher prices. Will use again if needed. read more

Great taxi service arrived early at 6:20 am for 6:30 pickup very courteous driver and owner of company was understanding of situation was in town for wife's surgery they picked me up at hotel and took me to pick her up and waited for me to get her for about 30 minutes and drove us back to hotel I would recommend this taxi service. read more
