OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE: I had to fly in from Northern California to help my very ill, 71 year-old, brother, and had very little time to pre-plan. But considering the events below, I will likely not be using this service again. I prepaid for a one way shuttle. When the driver got there he said that I had not paid. So I talked with the dispatcher, who was super rude about the fact that he could not find my payment. I could not get a ride home until I paid a second time. I talked with the manager 2 days later when he was in. He found my 1st payment easily, but not the 2nd (repayment). He said he'd reimburse the second payment "if" he found the proof of it. I told him I had a receipt, but he didn't ask for it, and did not seem to interested in the proof I could offer, like my credit card statement showing the all of the charges. He just didn't seem concerned at all that they had double charged me. Yes, mistakes happen, but this company was rude about it and unapologetic, even at the management level. I'll save my money for long-term parking at the airport. That would have been much less trouble. I'm sorry to those who that is not an option for.
