It saved me from parking my car near the airport for weeks. The car and driver were nice, and it was a relaxed and smooth ride with time to spare. It felt like a bit of luxury since it was just me, but the rental cars were sold out and it's not much more depending what day. Had booked a one way shuttle Juarez to El Paso. It was confirmed via text a few weeks before departure. A few days before planned departure I had texted to confirm again and he said he didn't have a reservation under my name. I told him we had talked via text, he replied he didn't have anything with my phone number. I send him screenshots which he supposedly didn't receive. He then said he doesn't do one way trips only round trips. I clearly stated one way only during our first conversation, he also lists one way option on his website as well!! Very unprofessional. No apology whatsoever. Do not recommend. If I could give negative stars I certainly would. read more

We used them for our entire trip in Juarez, even just going from a hotel to the airport. If you're insecure about taxis in Juarez, stay far away from Uber. Stick with Amigo, they are fabulous and respond ASAP to text and email. Always on time for the appointments you schedule. Feb 2013, my husband and I needed transportation from El Paso Airport to Quality Inn Hotel in Juarez, Mexico. I was able to call and schedule the trip only a few days before. As soon as I landed at the airport in El Paso, my cell phone rang. The driver met me and my husband by the baggage claim and helped us to the minivan. I advised the driver that I needed to get immigration papers to be in Mexico and he gladly took a detour once we entered Juarez to help me complete this. Once we left immigration, he drove us to our hotel. We told him that we were there for a Visa appointment at the US Consulate. Before we made it to the hotel, he showed us exactly where the Consulate, the medical examination buildings and the fingerprinting office were located. He also showed us where the mall and movie theaters were in case we got bored during our week long stay. I had such a great experience with Amigo Shuttle that I would recommend their service to anyone. We have to return to the Consulate in August 2013 and we will be using their services again. The driver was extremely professional, spoke English and Spanish, familiar with both El Paso and Juarez, and a safe driver. Definitely consider Amigo Shuttle, especially if you have an appointment at the Consulate. read more

Outstanding!!! Highly recommend this shuttle service. Flew into El Paso, Jaime met us at the airport and took us to our hotel in Ciudad Juarez. On our trip back Jaime (whom I requested) picked us up at the hotel in Juarez, took us to the DHL office at the airport in Juarez and then took us to the border where my wife and I crossed and then Jaime took us to our hotel in El Paso. The owner Sergio runs a great shuttle service. I recommended this service to two other couples at the hotel and I know they used this service and were also very satisfied. I called amigo shuttle and not only was he there for me but he was early and very nice. He took me to Ciudad Juarez and he told me where to eat and where to go. He also recommended me a better hotel much closer to the US console. I asked him if he could pick me up and drive me back to El Paso, which he did.
