I would no recommend Los Paisanos/Omnibus Express. This was my last straw with this company! The bus was very hot, and the air conditioning didn't work. The chargers didn't work either. It's been over two hours. They need to turn the air on at least.

There was about 20 passengers he should be held responsible. And he was driving below the speed limit. They need retraining and understand they can't be on the phone.

Come on !!!you decided to hold hostage people inside a bus!!! Unprofessional. They claimed calling the police, never happened. A woman called several times never happened. Then after yelling and struggling, they did open the door for us to leave, guess!! Everyone jumped to grab their luggage, again a bag got stolen.( the people working there didn't do anything, they were looking at everyone grabbing and dumping luggage bags in the floor!) !.. the people working for this place , DID NOT DO!!! anything after calling for several times!! Never again am I traveling with this company as long as he is there.
