I've gotten extensions a handful of times before but my experience at Doll Face was far better than anything I had experienced elsewhere. I booked my appointment for a Classic Doll Full Set with Jenna and was incredibly pleased with the outcome! I told her I was going for a more natural look but that I did like a little bit of volume and she seriously made my eyelashes look PERFECT! Highly recommend! Super clean studio! They use a high end medical grade glue that does not irritate my eyes at all. This is my favorite place to get lashes done!! I just have to say this IS the place you should be getting your lashes done at. My previous lash lady moved to another studio further away and I wanted to stay in Gilbert. I used my handy dandy Yelp app and found Doll Face Lash Studio with 5 star reviews. When I called to make an appointment there were available appointments within 24 to 48 hours unlike other lash studios you have to wait a month. My appointment was with Ashley and I love her attention to detail and how beautiful/full my lashes were. The big test was to see if most of them stayed on until my next appointment two weeks later. To my amazement pretty much all my lashes were still there. I have never experienced that before. Ashley is officially my lash artist! Doll Face Lash Studio has exceptional customer service and the prices are very reasonable. I just love the glam decor and the studio is kept very clean. I highly recommend coming here. I will update my review with some pictures of my lashes when I'm able to. I'm updating this review to include pictures of my lashes after a two week fill. I couldn't do it before because my phone was dying and had to get a new one. Love how glamorous they look! read more

I found this place via Yelp search and it had amazing results. After failed attempts at quality lashes I decided to give it a try. The location is super cute and I love the way it is decorated. The staff was so sweet and really down to earth girls. My lashes looked amazing and the girl who did them was just as excited for me. I got them done before going out of town and they stayed on for the entire trip and still looking fabulous after three weeks with no touch up. Definitely would recommend! read more

I came here about a year after I had tried a different chain eyelash studio. I did not have a great experience at the previous location, but Doll Face Lash Studio was a completely opposite experience! This place is so comforting and welcoming. The girls working there are friendly and fun. I had Annie do my lashes (the owner) and she did an amazing job. They are straight and beautiful. She did a great job talking to me and getting a feel for the type of look I was going for. She gave me the exact lashes that I needed and am so happy with the results. They also don't put ANY pressure on you to come back for fills, unlike other locations. This place also offers spray tans that, after discussing with Annie, seem like something I would try out. Again, I had had a spray tan at a different place and it came out orange. Annie explained to me how that works and why theirs is different. I will definitely be back for more services here. Extremely clean, well presented place however I just got my lashes done yesterday and I can see several areas that were missed. I set an appointment three days prior and was called the same day to switch techs and the results I got were not great. At first glance I was happy however after going home I noticed many issues. My lashes have several distinct gaps, I'm not sure how this happened but for the price I paid I was expecting a little more. Same day I had them done several bunches of lashes fell out, being this is only the second time I've gotten lashes I'm not familiar if this is normal or not but I won't return. read more

I set an appointment for doll face lash to get a fill. Then I realized I picked the wrong date on accident. They were great with helping me reschedule. There were no problems at first. But when my appointment date was approaching, I noticed I started showing symptoms of Covid19. I called to ask if I can cancel my appointment (which was 2 days away) and they wrote me up as a no show and charged my card!! I was furious. I gave a 2 day cancellation call ?!?! There was no reason for them to charge me. The lady who answered the phones was so rude and gave me so much attitude. Ive come to this place before, so I don't understand why they had to mistreat me. It's obviously just about money to them. Not about customer satisfaction. I wont be returning nor will my friends. read more

The best lashes I have ever had! They are thick and full just the way I like them. I have had minimal fall out and no problems.
