Not too shabby for gel! There were couple bubbles and some nicks and cut but to be fair, I came in an hour before closing so I understand! The place is relaxing and clean, love the calm aesthetics. They have a small selection of gel shades which is good for me bc I only rotate about 3-4 colors anyways but might be a con for some people. My nail tech was straight to business. Didn't talk much which I liked bc I'm on a hurry, she was gentle with my nails with filing but got a cut on my cuticle which wasn't painful and she recognized it right away and apologized. I'd give it another go next time around! And I'll bring my mom so she can also help me write a revised review for a 5 star soon! My take, worth the try! I have been going to Sam since the pandemic! I saw her reviews on Yelp when she was at another salon and she exceeded my expectations. Not only is Sam an artist but she is a perfectionist. She wants to make sure you are satisfied with her work. Sam is also very kind, funny, and she remembers all the little quirks about how I like my nails done. I am so happy she opened up her own salon because everyone that works there is just as kind and talented. My go to for my pedicures is Vivian! She makes my tired feet sparkle. I came to this salon on 12/7 for a gel manicure. I was the very first customer at 0930. I have never gone to this place but I've read good reviews and wanted to give it a try. Well everything was looking good until the end. I noticed that my nails were very messy after. I got a white color gel with chrome on top. I had to file my nails on the side when I got home because it was poorly painted. I was just going to leave it and go to my regular nail salon since it's not worth complaining about. But when I woke up this morning, the chrome is literally coming off my nails already and It's only been two days. I paid $67.10 (tip included ). For the amount I paid, it should not be this badly done. This has never happened to me before and I've been getting my nails done for years. read more

Came in for a quick walk in eyebrow wax. First impression was that the facility was clean and smelled like incense - not acetone, which was amazing. I was helped promptly and even put in a massage chair! I believe Kelly did my eyebrows (I can't believe im blanking on her name but I know it started with a K!!) she was super nice, chatted with me the whole time, and did a great job of cleaning up my brows without thinning them. Total was $15 for an eyebrow wax. They offer discount for cash. Overall really impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, the friendliness of the staff, and the value. I do not think they keep track of appointments and, if they do, I simply cannot imagine how. I have tried texting and the response I get every time is "ok", even if I ask a question in my appointment request. I've tried making an appointment online and the appointment slots are always available and open, which can't be true. While in the salon, I've seen them answer the phone when someone calls to make an appointment, they are always on speakerphone, and I have never seen anyone write anything down after the phone call, they say ok and then just continue to work. Out of the 5 or 6 times I've been here I have only been seen at the time of my appointment once. Once! I am often waiting 30-45 mins and I stay because I have a very tight schedule and make appointments on the only days I can. I'm currently sitting waiting for my 5:00 appointment and it is 5:40 and there are 5 others also waiting, though I don't know what time their appointments are or were. (At 5:06 my manicurist asked me to wait 15 mins and I said fine....but I ended up leaving at 5:45 because she was doing someone's pedicure.) I have always been happy with the services I've received here and their prices are reasonable, which are the reasons for the 2 stars, but I simply will not be back due to their constant lack of respect of "appointment times".

Elite Nail is right down the street from my house, so I've gone there a couple of times now. My experiences have been mixed thus far. I am a mani-pedi girl. The first time they did an awesome job - spent a lot of time on me, did a pretty design, and I felt totally comfortable. I love to come to Elite Nails! My daughter comes with me and we always have a fabulous time! Every time we visit, they greet us by our names and that always puts a smile on my face! I will say that their english isn't fantastic but I seem to communicate fine with them. Their equipment is always sanitized and their tubs are very clean.
